Boruto: Two Blue Vortex begins after a three-year time skip, but the official sources reviewed do not provide exact current ages for its main cast. The most accurate age guide is therefore a mix of confirmed information, clearly labeled estimates, and entries that remain unknown—not a chart of unsupported numbers.
Here, “main characters” means recurring central characters in the current manga, including Boruto, Sarada, and other prominent members of the story. It is an editorial selection, not an official publisher-defined roster.

What is confirmed about character ages?
Shueisha’s description for volume 2 says that three years have passed since the Great Cataclysm. That establishes an important timeline interval, but it does not establish each character’s age: calculating an age also requires a reliable starting age and the relevant birthday or story date. The official NARUTO OFFICIAL SITE has a Two Blue Vortex hub with story material, a Boruto database, and creator Q&A, but the reviewed material does not provide a complete cast age chart.
The table distinguishes an age explicitly stated in an official source from an estimate calculated from supported information. “Not confirmed in the sources reviewed” means an exact age could not be established from those sources; it does not mean the character has no age in the story.

Why the three-year time skip is not enough
Three elapsed years can support an estimate only if a character’s age before the interval is independently established and the story point is clear. Without those inputs, adding three years produces a guess, not a confirmed age. Birthdays matter, too: a character’s age changes on their birthday, so an elapsed-time statement alone cannot pin down an exact age at every point in an ongoing manga.
Sarada’s profile is a useful example of the distinction. A birthday of March 31 identifies when her birthday falls, but without a stated birth year and a precise story date, it does not determine her current age.
