That is not an official One Piece power scale: the abilities do different jobs, and the outcome depends on the users and matchup.
What Haki is—and what “every known” means here
Haki is commonly grouped into three core classes: Armament, Observation, and Supreme King Haki. Supreme King Haki is also commonly called Conqueror’s Haki in English; terminology varies across translations. This guide ranks the major demonstrated applications of those classes, not every character’s proficiency or every possible technique.
The ranking uses demonstrated direct combat impact as its yardstick. It weighs effects such as attack enhancement, defense bypass, projection, and anticipation. It does not claim that the manga provides a numerical scale or a universal order of strength.
How the three Haki classes differ
Armament Haki: reinforcement, offense, and defense
Armament is associated with reinforcing the user’s offense and defense. Its advanced applications include projecting Haki beyond ordinary contact and causing damage internally, rather than relying only on a surface-level strike.

Observation Haki: perception and anticipation
Observation focuses on sensing and anticipating. Future sight is an advanced application of Observation, not another name for the entire class. Seeing an attack coming can be valuable, but the user still has to respond effectively.
Supreme King or Conqueror’s Haki: force of will
Supreme King Haki can overwhelm others through force of will. Its advanced application of infusing attacks brings that Haki directly into a clash, making it the highest-ranked application here for attack-enhancing impact.
Strongest Haki applications, ranked by direct combat impact
-
Supreme King/Conqueror’s Haki infusion
Infusing attacks gives this application the top spot under a direct combat-impact yardstick: it enhances an attack in a clash. This placement does not mean every user of Supreme King Haki is stronger than every Armament or Observation specialist.
-
Armament Haki internal damage
This application ranks next because the described effect can bypass ordinary surface defense and damage internally. Its placement reflects the potential impact of the technique, not a claim that it always defeats an opponent or works identically in every fight.

Armament Haki emission
Emission projects force or Haki without ordinary physical contact. That can change how an attack reaches an opponent, giving it a direct offensive use and a place above the perception-focused application in this particular ranking.
-
Observation Haki future sight
Future sight offers a major defensive and tactical advantage by letting a user anticipate what is coming. Its practical value depends on whether the user can act on that perception; it improves timing and decision-making rather than directly strengthening an attack.
-
Baseline applications of the three classes
Basic reinforcement, perception, or force-of-will effects remain useful. They rank below the advanced applications here only because this list compares peak, specialized combat effects—not overall usefulness across every situation.
Why the order can change from one fight to another
This is a cross-type comparison, so the order depends on what counts as strength. Internal damage and emission change offensive options; future sight improves anticipation; Supreme King infusion enhances attacks. The ranking favors direct impact on an opponent or in a clash, but a fight may reward defense, prediction, range, or utility instead.

Best Value
- Direct damage: how an application changes the force or effect of an attack.
- Defense bypass: whether it can affect an opponent beyond ordinary surface protection.
- Prediction: whether it helps a user perceive or anticipate an incoming action.
- Range and utility: whether the effect can be projected or serves purposes beyond a direct hit.
- Mastery and matchup: the result depends on what the combatants can do with their abilities and how those abilities interact.
For that reason, future sight could reasonably rank above an advanced Armament application for a reader who prioritizes avoidance or tactical awareness. No single list captures every matchup, and these placements are editorial judgments rather than canon.
Where the story examples sit in the collected manga
For readers following the Wano-era material associated with the comparison, Shueisha lists ONE PIECE volume 101 as collecting chapters 1016–1025, with a Japanese release date of December 3, 2021. VIZ lists One Piece, Vol. 101 in paperback and digital editions, released in English on December 6, 2022. These are manga volumes, not dedicated Haki reference books.
