Viaje was described as a compact spot with a pastel-pink facade on the carpark side of Beaufort Street, a small interior and a micro courtyard. An earlier review also noted pastel-pink walls, wood furnishings and natural light. The setting sounded intimate rather than spacious—something to bear in mind if you prefer a larger dining room. Based on the published 2022 reviews, Viaje appealed to people looking for a small, characterful brunch cafe, an unusual menu and well-regarded coffee. But the available records do not confirm that Viaje Coffee is operating now. A Western Australian government liquor application document lists Viaje Coffee at Beaux Lane, T8, 609 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley, and records a 2023 premise-name change; that administrative record does not establish current operations.
