What does Dropout Superfan cost?
Dropout’s listed prices, checked in 2026, are $129.99 per year for Superfan. Standard membership is listed at $6.99 per month or $55.99 for the first annual year, with the annual price shown as $69.99 after that first year. These are the prices displayed on Dropout’s US-facing pages; prices may differ by country or billing platform.

What does Superfan add?
Superfan includes the standard membership benefits and adds perks intended for viewers who want more behind-the-scenes material, merchandise or access to live events.

Dropout says the additional money goes toward making more shows, taking bigger creative swings and developing new formats, including scripted work and animation. That is the company’s stated purpose; it is not an audited breakdown of how any individual subscriber’s payment is spent. See the official Superfan page.

There is no single break-even answer: the value depends on how much the extras matter to you. Compared with the listed $69.99 annual standard price after its first year, Superfan costs $60 more each year. Compared with the $55.99 first-year annual offer, the difference is $74. The monthly plan totals $83.88 over 12 months at its displayed rate, but Superfan remains an annual subscription.

- Choose standard if your priority is access to Dropout’s episodes and you do not expect to use the added perks.
- Consider Superfan if the Hub, qualifying store purchases, exclusive merchandise or earlier chances to buy live-event tickets are meaningful to you—and you want to contribute more.
Do not count the store discount as a guaranteed saving unless you would otherwise buy eligible items, or treat early ticket access as a promise of availability. Dropout does not assign a cash value to the perks, and their worth varies by subscriber.
