Where does Daredevil: Born Again fit in the MCU timeline?
The practical order is to watch Echo before Daredevil: Born Again. A secondary timeline report places Born Again after Echo, but Marvel’s official season page does not publish a complete MCU chronology or an episode-by-episode placement. Treat the detailed calendar timeline as a reported reconstruction, not a date sequence confirmed on that page.
The same report describes the season opening with a late-2025 prologue, followed by a jump forward of about a year. Those dates are attributed to the report, not stated in Marvel’s official synopsis. Comic Book Club’s timeline report is the source for that interpretation.

Marvel describes Matt Murdock as a blind lawyer with heightened abilities who fights for justice through his law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk pursues political ambitions in New York. Their past identities begin to surface and set them on a collision course. The series page identifies Disney+ as the network and March 4, 2025, as the season 1 release date: Marvel’s official season 1 page.
What is known about season 2’s timeline?
Marvel’s TV catalog lists Daredevil: Born Again season 2 as a 2026 title. A separate report attributes to showrunner Dario Scardapane a time jump of roughly six months after season 1. That is a relative interval, not a confirmed calendar date for every episode; the exact episode-level placement remains unsettled in the sources cited here.
