What is the new series about, and is it a direct sequel?
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 is a new standalone story in the Cyberpunk 2077 universe, rather than a conventional continuation centered on the original series’ cast. The official description identifies a fresh cast and a 10-episode story set in the same world. It is therefore connected by setting, not presented as a direct follow-up to the first show’s characters.
