The official artist-site listing for the 2024 opening night in Alpharetta has 13 songs; two setlist.fm records from 2025 show a shared 13-song run, with different openers and Camden adding two songs before the closer. Here are the three sequences in order, with each tied to its date and venue.
June 21, 2024: Alpharetta, Georgia
Bob Dylan’s official website identifies the June 21 show at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre in Alpharetta as the opening night of the 2024 Outlaw Music Festival. The page lists these 13 songs in order:
- “My Babe”
- “Beyond Here Lies Nothin’”
- “Simple Twist of Fate”
- “Little Queenie”
- “Mr. Blue”
- “Pay in Blood”
- “Cold, Cold Heart”
- “Early Roman Kings”
- “Under the Red Sky”
- “Things Have Changed”
- “The Fool”
- “Scarlet Town”
- “Long and Wasted Years”
Bob Dylan’s official tour page documents this particular opening-night set; it does not establish that the same sequence was played at every festival date.
July 5, 2025: Dallas, Texas
The setlist.fm record for the Outlaw Music Festival Tour 2025 show at Dos Equis Pavilion lists 15 songs:

| Date and venue | Opening song | Listed songs | Difference from the other sampled date |
|---|---|---|---|
| July 5, 2025 — Dos Equis Pavilion, Dallas | “Gotta Serve Somebody” | 15 | No “Soon After Midnight” or “Highway 61 Revisited”; closes with “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right.” |
| September 12, 2025 — Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, Camden | “Masters of War” | 17 | Adds “Soon After Midnight” and “Highway 61 Revisited” before the shared closer. |
Both 2025 records list the same 13-song sequence from “I Can Tell” through “Blind Willie McTell,” in the same order. These are two date-specific setlist.fm records, not evidence that every 2025 Outlaw date followed this pattern. The 2024 Alpharetta sequence is different and should be read as its own opening-night set, not merged with the 2025 songs into one tour-wide list.
