Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 21 has already been released; there is no countdown to a future launch. Its announced Japanese release date was April 21, 2025 (JST). The Naruto Official Site gave the date but no release hour, so an exact worldwide time cannot be confirmed from the announcement.

This is a historical Japanese release date, not an upcoming date. VIZ’s catalogue places Chapter 22 on May 20, 2025, and lists Chapter 21 in the series archive, matching that earlier schedule. See VIZ’s chapter listing.
What time did Chapter 21 release?
The official announcement specifies April 21 in Japan Standard Time (JST), but does not give an hour. It therefore does not establish a precise digital release time or a worldwide countdown. Do not confuse the time shown for a different, upcoming chapter on MANGA Plus with Chapter 21’s historical release time.

Where can you read it officially?
Check the VIZ Chapter 21 page and the MANGA Plus series page for current access in your region. VIZ points readers to MANGA Plus for the latest free chapters available in their location; MANGA Plus describes the series as a monthly simulrelease. Availability and the displayed schedule can vary by region and change over time.
For a print collection, VIZ also lists collected volumes, but check a volume’s contents before buying if you specifically want Chapter 21; the chapter listing alone does not establish which volume contains it.
