Bluey Minisodes offers bite-size Bluey stories, usually one to three minutes long, built around family play, comic mishaps and quick imaginative setups. They work as short viewing breaks, not substitutes for the regular seven-minute episodes: the appeal is a compact premise and a fast payoff. Disney+ lists two seasons dated 2024–2026, and the official Bluey site currently announces another batch for December without specifying a year.
What the minisodes are—and how they differ from full episodes
Disney describes the minisodes as stories usually lasting one to three minutes, compared with the regular Bluey episodes’ seven-minute format. The shorter runtime makes them easier to fit into a brief shared viewing window, but also means they are structured around a single playful idea rather than the broader arc a full episode can develop. Disney+ lists the collection as a comedy and animation series, rates it TV-Y and credits Joe Brumm as creator. Disney+ listing · Disney family viewing guide

That is a format distinction, not a claim about attention spans or developmental value. Disney’s family guide presents minisodes as an option when there are only a few minutes available; the episodes themselves are best understood as brief entertainment built around familiar characters and play.
What the short stories look like
The collection’s range is clearest in its premises: a household irritation can turn into a game, an ordinary toy can drive the joke, or pretend play can take the story somewhere briefly absurd. These examples are representative, not a complete catalogue.

Everyday family problems become games
In Burger Dog, Bluey and Bingo want to dance to music Bandit finds annoying, so he devises a solution. It is a neat example of the quick household setup: a small disagreement becomes the engine for a playful bit.
Toys and technology get a comic spin
Bingo 3000 starts when Bandit brings home a robot called Bingo 3000, mixing a recognisable family situation with a playful technology parody. Muffin Unboxing takes its cue from online unboxing videos, as Stripe films Muffin opening a dump truck toy. The internet-video framing gives the short a distinct hook while keeping the action rooted in family play.

Pretend play and familiar activities
Tattoo Shop finds Bandit visiting the children’s pretend tattoo shop; Blocks turns Bluey and Bingo’s effort to build a large block tower into a short story. In Drums, Bingo discovers an electronic drum kit. The premises are simple by design, and the descriptions do not establish a particular lesson or skill benefit.
A quieter friendship story
Alongside is described by the official listing as a short story about friendship. The official viewing guide gives it a more specific shape: parallel days in the lives of Bluey and Honey. That makes it a different kind of example from the toy- and game-driven shorts, while still working within a compact runtime.

How to find the minisodes
Official viewing routes include Disney+ and the Official Bluey YouTube Channel. The Bluey viewing guide organizes titles into three batches and links viewers to YouTube for many of them; it also offers viewing companions such as crafts and games. Disney’s March 2026 announcement said previously released minisodes were available on Disney+ at that time, and named Disney+ and ABC iview for the forthcoming batch. Catalogues can vary by country and change, so check the official service listings available in your location.
The official Bluey minisodes page currently announces another batch for December, but the announcement shown there does not specify a year. Disney+ lists two seasons and dates the collection 2024–2026; that catalogue range should not be read as a confirmed date for the next batch. Who they suit—and what to expect
For families who want a Bluey story in a narrow time slot, the short runtime is the collection’s clearest advantage. The premises are easy to grasp quickly, and the examples span music, toys, building, role-play and friendship. Viewers looking for the roomier pacing and development of a full seven-minute episode may prefer the main series. Disney+’s TV-Y listing is the collection’s stated rating; it is not a guarantee that every child will respond to every short in the same way.
The catalogue includes additional titles and compilation episodes beyond the examples here. The official guide’s third-batch titles include Strong Potion, Robo Bingo, Butlers, Where’s Bingo and Goldilocks; check local services for current availability.
