While the season was active, the Green Roots Billie Outfit was granted immediately when players upgraded to the 1,800 V-Bucks Premium Reward Track; the free track and Festival Quests offered a separate way to earn rewards, including Jam Tracks. Season 3 has ended, and Epic’s announcement does not establish whether any particular reward is available in the Shop now.
How the Season 3 Billie Eilish skin unlock worked
During Season 3, players who purchased the Premium Reward Track upgrade for 1,800 V-Bucks automatically received the Green Roots Billie Outfit. The purchase was an immediate grant, rather than a reward that had to be unlocked by reaching a particular Festival Point milestone. The upgrade also opened the Premium reward track, where players could earn additional rewards through Festival Points from Festival Quests. Epic’s April 23, 2024 announcement described the outfit as included upon purchase.
The season ran from April 23 through June 13, 2024, and ended at 12 AM ET. That route is historical: the Season 3 Premium Reward Track is no longer an active pass to purchase.
What was exclusive to the pass
Epic explicitly described the Green Roots Billie Outfit’s music-reactive Ultraviolet Style as exclusive to the Season 3 Festival Pass. Epic said other Season 3 pass content was not exclusive to that season and might become purchasable in the Shop later. That was a possibility, not a promise that any specific item would return or be available today.

Which Jam Tracks were in the free and Premium reward tracks?
The Season 3 announcement separated Jam Tracks by reward track. These are the tracks Epic named in its April 23, 2024 post:

Billie Eilish tracks sold separately in the Shop
During Season 3, Epic also listed “all the good girls go to hell,” “Happier Than Ever – Edit,” and “Therefore I Am” as Billie Eilish Jam Tracks in the Shop. These were Shop offerings, separate from the tracks earned in the free or Premium reward tracks.
Epic additionally said a new Billie Eilish outfit and Jam Tracks from her then-new album would arrive in the Shop later during Season 3. Those later Shop items should not be confused with the Green Roots Billie Outfit, which was the Premium track’s immediate grant. Epic’s announcement does not verify current Shop inventory, so check the in-game Shop for present availability rather than assuming a Season 3 item can still be purchased.

Did you need a guitar controller?
No. A guitar controller was optional equipment, not a requirement to unlock the outfit or tracks. Epic documented RIFFMASTER wireless guitar-controller support for Pro Lead and Pro Bass on Festival’s Main Stage, on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, as well as Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. Xbox One Rock Band 4 guitars used on a Windows 10 PC require the Microsoft Xbox One Wireless Adapter. These accessories concern guitar-controller gameplay; they do not provide a shortcut to Billie Eilish rewards. Check current product listings and platform compatibility before buying.
