In Country Aircheck’s February 20, 2024 issue, Beyoncé’s “Texas Hold ’Em” led the Add Leaders table with 75 adds. The issue’s Parkwood/Columbia advertisement separately promoted the song as “#1 MOST ADDED” with “79 ADDS”; the available records do not explain the difference.
What “most added” meant in the February 20 report
Country Aircheck’s February 20, 2024 issue placed “Texas Hold ’Em” first on its Add Leaders page with 75 adds. The figure describes the trade publication’s reported adds for that board and issue; it is not a count of listeners, spins, or the song’s position on the airplay chart.

The separate 79-add advertisement
A Parkwood/Columbia promotional ad carried in the same issue used the wording “#1 MOST ADDED” and “79 ADDS.” That is an advertising claim, distinct from the 75 listed in Country Aircheck’s Add Leaders table. The reason for the difference is not established by the available issue, so the two figures should not be merged or treated as a reconciled count.
Adds and chart position are different measures
In that same February 20 issue, Country Aircheck showed “Texas Hold ’Em” debuting at No. 50 on its Country chart. The No. 50 is a chart position; the 75-add figure belongs to the Add Leaders table. They describe different measures and are not competing rankings.

MusicRow reported a separate most-added result
MusicRow’s February 23, 2024 CountryBreakout Radio Chart issue also called “Texas Hold ’Em” its most-added track, listing 15 adds and a debut at No. 75 on that chart. CountryBreakout and Country Aircheck are separate trade-chart systems, so MusicRow’s 15 should be read as its own dated report—not added to Country Aircheck’s 75 or 79.

Country Aircheck’s May 13, 2024 issue later noted “Texas Hold ’Em” among the small group of songs to top both its Country and Top 40 Add Boards simultaneously. That is cross-format add-board context, not a claim about a chart peak or a measure of audience opinion.
Rank #2
- Recorded at Nashville's historic RCA Studio A, with additional production at The Castle and Blackbird Studio, Traveller was produced by Dave Cobb (Sturgill Simpson, Jason Isbell) and recorded by Vance Powell (Jack White)
Another distinct milestone came on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart: Billboard Canada reported that the February 24, 2024 chart, which combines streaming, airplay, and sales, had “Texas Hold ’Em” debuting at No. 1. That blended chart result is separate from radio-station adds. Country Aircheck also reported that Houston station KKBQ led the song in spins the prior week, with 30 spins; spins measure plays, not station adds.
