Why is Morrow contacting Slightly?
Morrow is a cyborg connected to the Maginot. In the episode’s reported events, he contacts Slightly through a chip implanted in the boy’s neck and appears to want to involve him in his mission.
That suggests Morrow may be trying to recruit Slightly, but it does not establish what he wants the boy to do. The idea that Slightly could serve as a spy inside the Prodigy facility is speculation, not a confirmed plan.
What’s wrong with Nibs?
Nibs was attacked by an eyeball-like parasite in episode 2. In episode 3, she is reluctant to experiment on the alien creatures and spends time looking at her reflection. Those details may point to the attack’s effect on her, but the episode does not establish why she behaves this way.

Trauma is one possible interpretation, not a diagnosis or confirmed explanation. The story leaves open whether her reluctance and attention to her reflection are connected to the parasite attack or to something else.
Why does Wendy feel the Xenomorphs’ pain and clicking?
As Kirsh experiments on facehuggers, Wendy perceives the Xenomorphs’ sounds and feels their pain. The cause of this connection is not explained in episode 3.

One possibility raised in coverage of the episode is that undisclosed details about Wendy’s background could be relevant. That remains speculation; the reported scenes do not provide enough information to identify a mechanism or confirm a cause.
Why is Kirsh experimenting on Hermit’s removed lung?
Hermit undergoes surgery for a damaged lung. Kirsh then uses the removed organ in an experiment involving a Xenomorph germ. The reported events establish what Kirsh does, but not why.

Scientific curiosity is one possible motive; a darker purpose is another. Neither is confirmed by the episode details available here.
Who is the man with the steam device?
A recurring, unidentified man appears in a specialized suit using a steam device inside the Prodigy facility. His identity and purpose are not established.

Possible explanations offered in coverage include that he is a janitor, a failed hybrid, or someone connected to Boy Kavalier. These are theories, not verified answers.
