Architectural Digest reported in 2021 that the newly built contemporary property covered 9,335 square feet and had six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, and a collection of indoor-outdoor amenities. Those details offer a broad look at the house, but not a verified room-by-room tour.
Where is Kourtney Kardashian’s Palm Springs house?
The property is reported to be in La Quinta, a desert city near Palm Springs. “Palm Springs house” is a regional shorthand in coverage of the home; La Quinta is the reported location. Architectural Digest described the house as set on almost an acre with panoramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains in its June 7, 2021 report (Architectural Digest, 2021).
What did the house reportedly cost?
The $12 million figure is the reported 2021 purchase price. Architectural Digest attributed that transaction report to the New York Post; it is not a verified current valuation, appraisal, or independently confirmed public-record finding. No present-day market value is established by the available reporting.
What is known about the house?
Size and layout
Architectural Digest’s 2021 account describes a newly constructed contemporary main house measuring 9,335 square feet, with six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms. The article names a great room, dining area, office, and chef’s kitchen with granite counters, a butler’s pantry, custom bar, and wine room.

Outdoor areas and amenities
The reported features include a landscaped entry courtyard with a sitting area, fire pit, and water feature; floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors; an outdoor cooking area; an infinity pool; a covered lounging patio; and a guest house. These are descriptions in the 2021 report, not confirmation of the property’s current condition.
What has been reported about ownership since 2021?
An Architectural Digest overview published October 24, 2025, repeats the $12 million purchase report and says Kardashian still owns the La Quinta vacation home. It describes the lot as one acre and the main house as roughly 9,500 square feet (Architectural Digest, 2025). The newer size figures are rounded descriptions: the 2021 report gives 9,335 square feet and says the lot is almost an acre. The 2025 article is the latest located ownership statement; it does not establish ownership after its publication date.

How much of the interior has actually been documented?
The reporting establishes a feature list and broad layout, not a verified, detailed interior tour or product inventory for the La Quinta home. A 2016 Architectural Digest feature documents furnishings—including Pierre Jeanneret chairs, an Oscar Niemeyer chair and ottoman, and a Jules Leleu desk—in Kardashian’s separate Calabasas home. Those objects should not be presented as furnishings in La Quinta (Architectural Digest, 2016). The available sources also do not establish whether the La Quinta house has been renovated since the 2025 overview or whether its ownership status has changed since then.
