A mysterious young Majin named Glorio enters the story. That is the official series setup; the available official descriptions do not provide a complete, scene-by-scene account of Episode 1.
What is the premise of Dragon Ball Daima Episode 1?
Toei Animation describes the series as beginning after Goku and his companions have been living peacefully, when a conspiracy suddenly turns them small. The official description says they discover the reason may lie in a world known as the Demon Realm, where a mysterious young Majin named Glorio appears. These lines establish the show’s opening premise, but they should not be read as a verified rundown of every event in the first episode.
Toei Animation’s series catalog and the official Dragon Ball Daima website present this setup at series level. They do not establish Episode 1’s full scene order, runtime, or an episode-specific quotation.
Who made Dragon Ball Daima?
The official DAIMA website credits Akira Toriyama for the original work, story, and character design. Yoshitaka Yashima is credited as director, Aya Komaki as series director, Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru for animation character design, and Yuko Kakihara for series composition and scenario. Toei presents the series as adventure/action, with a production date of 2024.

Is the KAKAROT DAIMA Edition the episode?
No. DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT DAIMA Edition is a separate video-game tie-in, not an episode release. The official Dragon Ball site says its physical edition is for PS5 and combines the base game with the DAIMA: Adventure Through the Demon Realm Pack. Bandai Namco describes that pack as an interactive Demon Realm adventure featuring Goku, Shin, Glorio, and Panzy. Check the platform and edition details in a current listing to confirm what is included.
