For the U.S. Labor Day weekend of September 5–7, 2026, Tubi’s September slate scheduled three free-to-watch picks starting September 1: 21 Bridges for crime-thriller momentum, Air Force One for high-concept action, and The Florida Project for a quieter character-focused drama. These are genre-and-mood picks, not a popularity or ratings ranking. The holiday has passed; check Tubi’s catalog for current availability because streaming rights change.
Three Tubi picks for the 2026 Labor Day weekend
Tubi’s August 21, 2026 September slate listed all three films as September 1 additions, making them scheduled options for the September 5–7 U.S. holiday weekend. The picks offer different levels of intensity rather than three versions of the same movie night.

|---|---|---|
| 21 Bridges | Fast action-crime suspense | Tubi’s catalog lists it as a 2019 R-rated action, crime, thriller film with a runtime of 1 hour 40 minutes. |
| Air Force One | Big, accessible action | Tubi’s September slate lists it among action additions beginning September 1. |
| The Florida Project | A grounded, character-focused drama | Tubi’s September slate includes it; its catalog categorizes it as drama. |
21 Bridges: for a fast action-crime thriller
Choose 21 Bridges if you want the weekend’s most direct suspense pick. Tubi’s current movie listing identifies the 2019 film as R-rated and classifies it as action, crime, and thriller; the listed runtime is 1 hour 40 minutes. The September slate scheduled it to begin streaming September 1.
Air Force One: for a high-concept action thriller
Air Force One is the broadest, large-scale action choice in this trio. Tubi’s September 2026 schedule places it among the action additions beginning September 1, making it a fit for viewers looking for a straightforward thriller rather than a quieter drama. That schedule confirms its timing, not an objective quality or audience ranking.

The Florida Project: for a more grounded drama
For a change of pace, Tubi’s slate also included The Florida Project, which its catalog categorizes as drama. It provides the lineup’s more character-focused option alongside the two action titles. The catalog listing observed October 7, 2026 confirms its presence on that date; it does not establish uninterrupted availability since Labor Day.
