In a ranking published in October 2025, The Undertaker leads WWE’s reported PPV/PLE wins with 107, while John Cena is second with 100. WWE’s own video page also presents Cena’s 100 PLE wins. The figures below are a dated ranking attributed to WrestlingData—not a verified, up-to-date count for October 2026—and one source’s ordering conflicts with its own totals.
Who has the most WWE PPV/PLE wins?
The October 2025 ranking places The Undertaker first, with 107 wins, and John Cena second, with 100. Khel Now reproduces those totals and the top ten, and WWE’s page titled “All 100 John Cena PLE wins” corroborates Cena’s milestone. WWE’s page supports the 100-win figure, but it does not establish his all-time rank.
The published ranking is attributed to WrestlingData: Khel Now supplies the top ten, while NaijaWhisper reproduces ranks 11–20. These are reported figures, not an independently audited current database extract. The most recent full top 20 verified here is from October 2025, so the list should not be read as a current 2026 ranking.
The reported top 20
The table preserves the ranks as published. The Kane and Seth Rollins entries are shown in that source order, but their totals do not support those adjacent positions if sorted by wins.

How to read the numbers
PPV and PLE are combined in the published ranking
The sources use “PPV” and “PLE” together, but the accessible material does not lay out comprehensive counting rules. It does not establish how every event format, special, or multi-person match was handled. Treat the totals as figures reported by that ranking rather than assuming a fully specified, uniform method.
Rank #2
- Roll down to the ring with the Lucha Low Rider vehicle.
- Includes a WWE Main Event Rey Mysterio action figure with advanced articulation.
- Recreate iconic entrances with the Lucha Low Rider hydraulics action.
- Rey Mysterio can enter the match with the vehicle's launching action.
- Ride into matches with real rolling wheels.
Older Undertaker totals use a different date and wording
In a 2015 feature, WWE reported 91 Undertaker wins at special events and separately labeled his record as 159 WWE pay-per-view matches. That earlier tally is not directly reconciled with the later 107-win figure; the difference may involve date and event coverage, but the available sources do not explain the methodology. See WWE’s 2015 Undertaker feature.
The Kane–Rollins ordering is inconsistent
Khel Now lists Kane seventh with 70 wins and Seth Rollins eighth with 72. Since 72 exceeds 70, the displayed order does not follow the totals for those two entries. The sources provide no explanation or independent tie-breaking or ranking method, so it is safer to preserve the published positions with this qualification than to present the sequence as a cleanly verified ranking.
Rank #3

What Cena’s second place means
Within this October 2025 list, Cena trails Undertaker by seven reported wins. WWE’s official page confirms the 100-win milestone in its title, while the comparative second-place claim comes from the WrestlingData-attributed ranking. WWE’s profile says Cena retired from in-ring competition at the end of 2025; that makes his total less likely to change through later match results, but it does not update or validate the ranking of the other wrestlers. See Cena’s WWE profile.
