What is Gladiator II about?
Set years after the events of the first film, the sequel centers on Lucius, who is forced to fight in the Colosseum after Rome is conquered by the emperors. That is the extent of the official synopsis; it establishes the conflict without revealing the film’s later turns. Paramount’s film page describes the premise.
