This recap refers to Bachelor in Paradise season 6, episode 6—not episode 6 of the franchise’s later seasons. In the episode, Demi Burnett ends her connection with Derek Peth and chooses to explore a relationship with Kristian Haggerty, who arrives in Paradise. That is where the episode leaves them; the sources cited here do not verify which cast members are still together today.
What happens to Demi, Kristian, and Derek?
Demi has been growing closer to Derek while wrestling with feelings for Kristian, her partner before the show. When Kristian arrives, Demi explains the situation, then ends things with Derek. Demi and Kristian go on a date, talk through the hurt and uncertainty, and decide to try their relationship again. TV Guide’s episode recap describes the decision made in this episode; it does not establish their current relationship status.
Where do the other couples stand in episode 6?
| Pair | Episode 6 status | Later season outcome documented |
|---|---|---|
| Katie Morton and Chris Bukowski | Katie tells Chris he can go on a date, and he goes out with newcomer Jennifer Saviano. Katie later says she wants to be with him, but Chris still has doubts at the episode’s end. | Not stated in the cited episode recap or season summary. |
| Nicole Lopez-Alvar and Clay Harbor | Shown together during the episode. | They later split, according to the season 6 summary. |
| Mike Johnson and Sydney Lotuaco | Shown together during the episode. | Not stated in the cited episode recap or season summary. |
| Tayshia Adams and John Paul Jones | Shown together during the episode. | They later split, according to the season 6 summary. |
| Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour | Shown together during the episode. | They end the season engaged, according to the season 6 summary. |
| Caelynn Miller-Keyes and Dean Unglert | Shown together during the episode. | Not stated in the cited episode recap or season summary. |
The later outcomes are season-level history, not confirmation of anyone’s relationship status now. TV Guide’s recap is the source for who appears together in the episode and what happens between Katie and Chris.
Who is still together now?
The available sources do not verify the cast’s relationship status as of October 4, 2026. The episode shows Demi and Kristian choosing to pursue their relationship, while Katie and Chris remain uncertain; neither scene proves a present-day status. Likewise, a season finale outcome such as Hannah and Dylan’s engagement should not be treated as a current update.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.

- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
The season label matters because Bachelor in Paradise has later seasons with their own sixth episodes. ABC’s 2025 season coverage illustrates that later-season context, so an unqualified “episode 6” can point to a different set of contestants and events.
