The published accounts therefore do not agree on the home’s size and room count, and the figures should be attributed rather than combined.

The reported amenities suggest a home designed as much for recreation as for entertaining. Dwell listed a two-story guest house, a separate 3,000-square-foot gym, sports courts and a putting green. The outdoor features included a pool with waterfalls, a waterslide and grotto, plus an outdoor kitchen and wood-burning pizza oven. Inside, Dwell noted Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and marble counters; it did not identify appliance models or independently assess them.
