3Boxmedia International Sales is taking seven new Spanish productions and a selection of international acquisitions to MIPCOM 2026, according to Señal News’ 5 October 2026 report. The slate ranges from wildlife and travel to culture, design, and climate coverage. It is a buyer-facing distribution lineup, not an announcement that the programs are available to consumers on a particular streaming service.
What 3Boxmedia is presenting at MIPCOM 2026
The slate combines new Spanish documentaries with acquired programming from Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Italy, and Chile. Señal News highlights selected international titles; its list should not be read as a complete inventory of 3Boxmedia’s acquisitions.
3Boxmedia says it distributes documentaries and factual series worldwide to broadcasters, VOD and FAST platforms, educational clients, and inflight clients. That makes the MIPCOM presentation a trade-facing sales slate. The company describes its programming interests as spanning current affairs, social and human-rights issues, science, nature and wildlife, history, art, health, technology, the environment, travel, and discovery (3Boxmedia About).
The seven Spanish productions
Señal News reports seven Spanish productions, including four 4K wildlife films. The lineup also includes travel, cultural heritage, and a story about an isolated community.

Wildlife titles and the NRK report

Those nomination and acquisition claims are reported by Señal News; they were not separately confirmed by the award body or NRK. The report also identifies four Spanish productions in the slate as 4K wildlife films, but does not name all four as such in the details presented.
Selected international acquisitions
The international examples named by Señal News cover architecture and hospitality, Mediterranean environmental pressures, prehistoric animal remains, and personal responses to climate change.
