Pamela Anderson’s relationship history is best known for her whirlwind marriage to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee and her on-and-off relationship with musician Kid Rock. Lee and Anderson married in 1995, divorced in 1998, and later reconciled before separating again. Anderson married Rock in 2006 and filed for divorce that November. Her later relationships included Rick Salomon and Dan Hayhurst; a brief union with Jon Peters is not a legal marriage by Anderson’s later account. A relationship with Liam Neeson was reported in 2025, but Anderson said that December it had lasted a week and that they were friends.
Tommy Lee: a whirlwind marriage, divorce and reconciliation
Anderson and Lee began dating in 1995 and eloped in Mexico less than a week later. The speed of the marriage became part of the couple’s public story, but it does not tell the whole story of their relationship. They had two sons, Brandon Thomas Lee and Dylan Jagger Lee. In 1998, Lee was jailed following a domestic-abuse conviction, and the couple’s marriage ended in divorce that year. This is a consequential part of their chronology, not a detail to smooth over in a romanticized account of the relationship.
Anderson later wrote in her 2023 memoir, Love, Pamela, “My relationship with Tommy may have been the only time I was ever truly in love.” The pair reconciled in 2008, then separated again by 2010. In 2015, Anderson described a more settled connection with Lee: “We’re good friends; we’re getting better at co-parenting our kids,” and “There’s a connection there that will always be.” That later account helps distinguish the end of their marriage from the end of their relationship as parents and friends. The stolen private recording of Anderson and Lee also shaped public coverage of the couple. Anderson told Andy Cohen in 2020 that it “was not a sex tape,” but a “compilation of vacations that we were naked on.” The recording was stolen; the privacy violation, rather than salacious detail, is the relevant context. Kid Rock: dating, engagement and a brief marriage
Anderson began dating Kid Rock in early 2001. They became engaged in 2002, split the following year, then reunited and married in 2006. The wedding followed a public reunion, but the marriage was short-lived: Anderson filed for divorce that November.

Liam Neeson: what was reported in 2025
A relationship between Anderson and actor Liam Neeson was reported in 2025. In December that year, Anderson described it as brief, saying it lasted a week and that they were friends. How to read the timeline
Anderson’s public relationship history includes confirmed marriages, engagements, separations and a reported relationship, but those categories are not interchangeable. In particular, the Peters union was not legally recognized as a marriage according to Anderson’s later account, while the Neeson relationship was reported and then characterized by Anderson as brief. For Lee and Rock, the clearest turning points are the dates of their marriages, divorces and separations—not the dramatized versions of events in screen portrayals.
