Lori Loughlin is back in the public eye: she returned to Instagram in August 2026, and Hallmark has put her back on screen in a new Garage Sale Mysteries movie and announced her return to When Calls the Heart. Separately, an October 2025 report said she and husband Mossimo Giannulli were living apart and taking a break from their marriage; that report did not say they had divorced.

Is Lori Loughlin back on Hallmark?
Yes. Hallmark’s Fall Into Love 2026 schedule listed Garage Sale Mysteries: Murder Takes the Stage for September 19, 2026, at 8/7c, with next-day streaming on Hallmark+. The date has passed; Hallmark’s schedule is the cited listing, not independent confirmation here that the broadcast occurred as planned. Hallmark identifies Hallmark+ as a destination for the Garage Sale Mysteries collection, but availability can vary by title and region.
Her next announced series appearance
Hallmark announced that Loughlin will return as Abigail Stanton in six of the twelve episodes of When Calls the Heart season 14. The network’s latest series news says the season is planned to premiere in January 2027. Hallmark’s Head of Programming Michelle Vicary said the network felt season 14 was the right time to continue Abigail’s story. The announcement confirms a planned return, not a release date beyond that stated window.

Why did Lori Loughlin go to prison?
In 2020, Loughlin pleaded guilty in the U.S. college admissions scandal and served two months in prison, according to ABC/Good Morning America. At sentencing, she apologized and said, “I made an awful decision. I allowed myself to be swayed from my moral compass.” That statement was made in 2020, not as part of her current return to television.
Are Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli still together?
In October 2025, ABC/GMA reported that Loughlin and fashion designer Giannulli had separated after nearly 28 years of marriage. The outlet relayed a statement from Loughlin’s representative, Elizabeth Much, saying they were “living apart and taking a break from their marriage” and that “there are no legal proceedings at this time.” Those comments describe the situation as reported then; they do not establish the couple’s legal status in 2026.
