Chyler Leigh plays Janey Briggs and Chris Evans plays Jake Wyler, according to the AFI Catalog. Sony’s synopsis uses the name Zack for the jock in its description, so the names differ between the two sources.
What is Not Another Teen Movie about?
Set at John Hughes High, the film follows a popular jock who bets that he can turn an unpopular girl into the most popular student in class. With help from his sister, Janey changes her appearance, and the jock falls for her. That makeover-and-bet premise supplies the framework for the film’s teen-comedy satire.

What is the rating?
AFI and Sony list the film as rated R. Apple TV’s US listing specifies “strong crude sexual content and humor, language and drug content” as the rating rationale.
