She described the decision as mutual, said financial issues had contributed to strain in the marriage, and confirmed she was committed to a new partner. These are statements from 2023–2024 coverage, not confirmation of her current relationship or legal status.
What Mia said about separating from Gordon
Mia’s separation became public in September 2023. In a statement reported by Bravo on September 29, she said, “At this time, Gordon and I are separated, but my family is my number one priority, and I am committed to doing whatever it takes to make sure we are okay.” Bravo reported her statement.
On Watch What Happens Live in December, Mia said the separation had begun months earlier. Asked whether she was divorced, she answered, “We’re separated,” and clarified that she and Gordon were not officially divorced at that time. She described the decision as mutual: “I think it’s mutual.” Responding to claims that Gordon had been surprised, she said, “He was not blindsided.” Bravo’s December account of the interview reports these comments.
Mia also said that events over several years had strained the marriage and agreed that finances had “a lot to do with it.” She described herself and Gordon as communicating and co-parenting well. Those explanations reflect her account in the interview; they do not establish a broader account of the couple’s private circumstances.

When did the separation begin?
The public announcement and Mia’s later descriptions give different dates for when the separation began. The available accounts should be read as statements made in different contexts, not combined into one definitive date.

Bravo later identified him as radio host Incognito, also referred to as Inc. At BravoCon in November 2023, she said she and Gordon had been together for nearly 15 years and married for 10. Mia distinguished being committed from being engaged. Addressing a diamond ring that prompted speculation, she said, “I am not engaged; I am committed, yes.” The ring was not confirmation of an engagement, according to her statement. Bravo reported her response.
In a 2024 interview, Entertainment Tonight reported Mia’s account that Inc had initially been a “hall pass” and that the full relationship began after she decided to end things with Gordon. ET said divorce proceedings were underway at the time of that interview; that report describes the situation then and does not verify its present status. What is known about their status now?
The cited reports establish what Mia said during 2023 and what Entertainment Tonight reported in 2024. They do not verify whether Mia and Gordon are divorced now or whether Mia and Inc are still together. The historical interview details should not be read as a current relationship update.
