Yes. The Naked Gun (2025) has a post-credits scene featuring Weird Al Yankovic, and there are jokes during the credits before that final gag. Stay through the roll if you want to catch both. Spoilers ahead for the ending and post-credits scene.
What happens in The Naked Gun post-credits scene?
After the villains have been defeated, Weird Al Yankovic appears as himself, ready to perform in their bunker. But the villains are gone, leaving him with no audience. The scene’s punch line is the mismatch between an entertainer arriving for a show and an empty venue.
Because the main conflict has already been resolved, the stinger plays as one more absurd consequence of the story rather than a new plot development. The available sources do not establish it as a sequel setup or provide a filmmaker’s explanation of its intent.
Are there jokes during the credits, too?
Yes. The scrolling credits include joke text; TIME gives “Netflix Password” as one example. That material is separate from the final Weird Al scene, so the stinger is not the only reason to keep watching.

What does the end-credits police-car montage mean?
The credit sequence also revives the police-car montage associated with the 1988 Naked Gun. TIME identifies it as a callback to the earlier film. It is a visual franchise nod; that connection alone does not establish that every gag in the 2025 film repeats a joke from its predecessor.
