Housenbold said the second-season shoot was better prepared. He also argued that most reports of unsafe contestant conditions were inaccurate. His comments add a company leader’s account; they do not establish the truth or outcome of the contestants’ allegations.

Amazon’s official series page describes Beast Games as a ten-episode competition that premiered December 19, 2024. Amazon said the first season involved 1,000 players and that its prize ultimately grew to $10 million. Those are company-published figures that establish the scale Amazon presented for the show, not evidence for or against claims about working conditions.
