Spoilers for the Love Is Blind: U.K. Season 2 reunion. Netflix’s reunion recap centered on a disputed photo-booth conversation, three breakups and a statement from absent cast member Patrick. It did not confirm a new hookup. At the reunion, Netflix’s account said only one Season 2 couple remained together.
What happened at the Love Is Blind: U.K. reunion?
The cast reunited one year after the Season 2 finale. Four couples had reached the altar and three had married, but Netflix’s recap reported that just one union was still standing at the reunion. Its list of nine standout moments mixed relationship updates with arguments over what had happened during filming.

The reunion was released on Sunday, 31 August 2025, at 9 p.m. BST, according to Netflix’s official trailer, which identifies Matt and Emma Willis as hosts. That is the historical release time; the trailer does not establish current availability in every territory.
What was PhotoBoothGate?
The dispute began when Megan told Katisha that Javen had spent a long time talking with Sophie in a photo booth and had also spoken with other women. Katisha returned her engagement ring and left the experiment. At the reunion, the hosts showed a photograph of the booth without a curtain, but the image did not settle what the conversation meant.

Sophie said she and Javen had not flirted or taken pictures together. She described their conversation as an argument about her decision to leave the pods early. Megan said the curtain was beside the point: in her view, Javen should not have been in a photo booth with another woman. Netflix’s recap presents those as competing accounts, not a definitive finding about Javen’s motives.
Which couples said they had split?
Billy and Ashleigh
Billy and Ashleigh said they were no longer together, but their accounts differed on the breakup and its timing. Billy described struggling with the transition to ordinary life and feeling disconnected. He said he married because he was a “hopeless romantic” and wanted to take a chance on love. Ashleigh said the wedding day had been the best day of her life, but in retrospect Billy should have said no; she objected that he stopped taking that chance after about three months.
They also described the reunion differently in Netflix’s later interview. Billy called it an “unfair fight” and said he had thought they were amicable. Ashleigh said she wanted answers and felt he deflected. Those are their characterizations of the exchange, rather than an independent resolution of their disagreement.

Kal and Sarover
Kal said he ended the marriage after about three months. Sarover said he cited a lack of spark, differences between them, and her being more emotional and affectionate. Kal explained his view this way: “I just don’t think I’m compatible in a long-term relationship, and it took me to meet on paper the perfect woman to realize that.” Sarover said she was blindsided and wished he had reached that conclusion earlier.
Jed and Bardha
Bardha said no at the altar because she believed they needed more time to work on their problems. They moved in together afterward, and she continued wearing her ring as a sign of commitment. Netflix’s recap says their attempt to continue lasted about three weeks.
A disagreement over the ring became a flashpoint: Bardha said Jed asked her to conceal it at a gym where people he knew, including an ex, were present. She took it off days later. Netflix reported that both agreed there was nothing left to salvage.

What did Patrick say, and what were the other cast updates?
Patrick was not at the reunion in person. In a statement reproduced by Netflix, he said: “I came into Love Is Blind single and with the genuine intention of finding a wife.” He also described 2025 as life-changing as he embraced fatherhood. These are Patrick’s statements, not independent verification of his private circumstances.
Aanu discussed Patrick’s absence and said she had no regrets about their connection. Katisha said she did not regret choosing Javen in the pods; Demola said he respected her decision and was still single at the reunion. Among earlier-season guests, Netflix reported that Bobby and Jasmine were expecting their first child, Nicole and Benaiah were traveling together, and Freddie encouraged the Season 2 cast to remain hopeful.

Are Kieran and Megan still together?
Netflix’s November 2025 cast update described Kieran and Megan as the only Season 2 couple still together at that point. That is a dated status update, not confirmation of their relationship today. The same update recorded Billy and Ashleigh’s differing recollections of the reunion, but did not turn their disagreement into a shared account.
Did the reunion confirm any new hookups?
No. Netflix’s recap describes the photo-booth dispute, separations, Patrick’s statement and cast updates, but does not confirm a new hookup. In the photo-booth story, Sophie specifically said she and Javen were not flirting or taking pictures together; Megan disagreed about whether he should have been there, not about proof of a hookup.
