In a March 13, 2025 report, Ree Drummond said daughter Paige Drummond and fiancé David Andersen were about two months from their planned wedding in May 2025. That countdown is now historical: the accessible report describes their plans at the time, not what happened at the ceremony.

Kimberlee Speakman’s March 13, 2025 report for People, republished by AOL, said Ree had written that she was excited for the wedding while also glad it was still two months away. The report quoted her: “I’m starting to get so excited about the wedding! At the same time, I’m glad the wedding is still two months away, haha,”
Paige had announced her engagement to David Andersen in August 2024. The report also said Paige later shared that May could not come soon enough, identifying May 2025 as the couple’s planned wedding month.

Ree joked, “I’ve gotta get on that rowing machine, man,” in reference to wanting to fit into her mother-of-the-bride dress. It was a personal aside, not a recommendation of exercise equipment.
