The company said each serving contains 3 mg of THC and introduced four flavors. Its official site still presents the drinks, but current purchase options do not confirm shipping eligibility everywhere.
What is Seth Rogen’s THC sparkling water?
It is a ready-to-drink sparkling water sold by Houseplant, the cannabis lifestyle brand co-founded by Seth Rogen. In its December 12, 2024 launch announcement, Houseplant said the drink contains 3 mg of THC per serving. The company’s current beverage site describes the THC as hemp-derived.
Rogen’s announcement quote was: “It’s sparkling water with THC in it – everybody loves a Houseplant.” That is the company’s launch-era wording, not an independent assessment of the drink.
How much THC is in it, and what flavors did Houseplant announce?
Houseplant stated that each serving contains 3 mg THC. It announced four flavors:

The 3 mg specification and flavor list above are from Houseplant’s 2024 announcement. The current brand site continues to present the beverage line and its product options; descriptions of ingredients, microdosing, and possible effects on that site are brand claims, not independently verified findings.
Where was it available, and what does it cost?
At launch, Houseplant said the drinks would be sold at Total Wine & More in Arizona, Florida, Indiana, and Texas, with direct-to-consumer shipping to select states. Those were launch-period distribution details, not a verified current retail map. The brand site’s purchase controls do not establish that delivery is available to every location; check the site for the destination you have in mind.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What should buyers know about legality?
“Hemp-derived” does not establish that a THC beverage is lawful or available in every state. The FDA’s cannabis-products Q&A states that introducing into interstate commerce food with added THC is prohibited under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, subject to the statutory framework and exceptions described by the agency. That general position does not determine this specific product’s legal status, state-by-state legality, or current availability. Check applicable local rules and location-specific sales eligibility before attempting to buy.
