Where the episode fits in season 2
Netflix frames season 2 around the fallout from Jinx launching a stolen Hextech gemstone at Piltover’s council, the worsening conflict between Piltover and Zaun, and the consequences for sisters Jinx and Vi. That context establishes the season’s wider stakes; it is not a scene-by-scene account of episode 7.
Arcane is based on Riot Games’ League of Legends and is produced by co-creators Christian Linke and Alex Yee in partnership with Fortiche Production and Riot Games. Netflix’s production feature says Fortiche’s creative team peaked at about 450 artists. That is an approximate peak team size, not a count of everyone who worked on the season.

Episode 7’s soundtrack detail
Netflix’s season 2 soundtrack guide lists Mick Wingert’s “Spin the Wheel” for episode 207. The guide places the song as Ekko and Jayce each search for a way back home. Wingert voices Heimerdinger, and Netflix says the character plays the song for children in Zaun.
The soundtrack entry supports that specific music detail, but it does not explain every musical choice in the episode. For the episode’s broader visual approach, Netflix quotes Fortiche art director Julien Georgel: “We tried to bring the viewers to new moods and environments.” Georgel’s comment concerns season 2’s visual approach overall, not episode 7 alone.

What the official sources establish—and what they leave open
The official episode listing and soundtrack guide establish the episode’s identity, its short teaser, and the placement of “Spin the Wheel.” They do not provide a complete account of the alternate-timeline situation or settle what Powder knows and chooses. Those questions call for interpretation of the episode itself; an individual fan comment is not evidence of canon or a representative measure of audience opinion.
