Paris Hilton shared the first public family photos of her daughter, London, on April 19, 2024—five months after announcing her arrival. The pictures showed Hilton, husband Carter Reum, son Phoenix and London together.
When did Paris Hilton first show daughter London?
Hilton announced London’s arrival on social media in November 2023. The Los Angeles Times described the announcement image as a pink outfit bearing the baby’s name; it was not the later family-photo introduction. (Los Angeles Times, Nov. 24, 2023)
The first public photos of Hilton with London came on April 19, 2024. Good Morning America reported that Hilton posted a family photoshoot featuring herself, Reum, Phoenix and London. (Good Morning America, Apr. 19, 2024)
What did Hilton say about London?
Hilton introduced her daughter as London Marilyn Hilton-Reum. In the caption accompanying the photos, she wrote, “I’ve dreamed of having a daughter named London for as long as I can remember.” She also said she cherished moments with London and that becoming a mother had shown her a depth of love she had not known before. Why had she kept London private?
In comments reported by Good Morning America from an interview with E! News, Hilton said she had initially wanted to keep London private because so much of her own life was already public. The April photos marked a change from that approach, rather than London’s first announcement. (Good Morning America, Apr. 19, 2024)
How did the reveal connect to Hilton’s song with Sia?
The family-photo reveal coincided with attention to “Fame Won’t Love You,” Hilton’s collaboration with Sia. Hilton described the song as a reminder that close family bonds matter more than fame, saying, “The song serves as a reminder that the special bond I feel with my children, my husband & my family is more valuable than anything else in the world.” The Bump likewise connected the song to the family-photo announcement.
