Windows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread
Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallCrashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?
Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteIf a OneStream Live video is stuck on “Processing” or “Pending,” first identify whether the status is in OneStream before the broadcast or in YouTube after the stream. They are separate stages, so the fix depends on which service shows the message. For a OneStream upload, check that it finished, test the source file, review the event and destination, then try a fresh upload and test event if needed. If the stream already played and its YouTube archive is processing, check its status in YouTube Studio; OneStream cannot be assumed to control YouTube’s archive processing.
First, find out where processing is stuck
| Where you see the status | What stage it indicates | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| OneStream Live, before the scheduled broadcast | The pre-recorded source upload or its preparation in OneStream | Upload completion, local playback, file settings, event schedule and destination |
| YouTube, after a stream has been transmitted | YouTube’s processing of the video or live archive | The video’s status in YouTube Studio and current YouTube support options |
OneStream’s troubleshooting guidance addresses pre-recorded stream uploads and events; YouTube’s processing FAQ addresses YouTube video processing. The available guidance does not establish a shared processing queue between the services. OneStream lists “Processing or Pending” among possible symptoms of a failed pre-recorded stream (OneStream troubleshooting).
If the video is still processing in OneStream
1. Confirm the upload completed
Check OneStream’s upload status before changing the schedule. If the transfer did not complete, retry it over a stable connection and avoid interrupting the upload. An incomplete transfer is different from a completed file that is still being prepared.
2. Play the local source file from beginning to end
Open the file on your device and check for missing audio, damaged frames, pauses or freezing. If playback is faulty, export or create a clean copy before uploading again. A re-upload cannot be assumed to repair a damaged original.

Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
3. Check OneStream’s recommended file settings
OneStream recommends an MP4 container with H.264/AVC video and AAC audio, constant 30 or 60 FPS, and 720p or 1080p for pre-recorded streams. These are the settings its troubleshooting page recommends; they do not prove that a file using different settings must fail.
4. Review the event and destination
- Confirm the broadcast date and time, including the intended time zone.
- Check that the event has not expired and that processing has enough time to finish before the scheduled start.
- Verify the destination is connected, available and authorized, with any required permissions and current destination settings.
- If the destination uses a stream key, confirm it is the current key and entered correctly.
OneStream’s troubleshooting article recommends reviewing the schedule, event expiry and destination connection and allowing enough time for processing before broadcast.

5. If it remains stuck, make a fresh test
If processing remains stuck for an extended period, OneStream suggests deleting the failed upload where appropriate, uploading a fresh copy, waiting for processing to finish, and testing before the scheduled event. For diagnosis, create a new test event and send it to a test destination. This is a troubleshooting step, not a guarantee: it may not preserve the original schedule, fix a faulty source file or resolve a platform outage. See OneStream’s failed pre-recorded stream troubleshooting guide for its current instructions.
If the stream played but YouTube’s video is processing
This is likely YouTube’s own video or live-archive processing stage, rather than the OneStream source-upload stage. A YouTube Help Community FAQ attributed to Camilla, identified as a TeamYouTube Google Employee, says longer videos and high-resolution or high-frame-rate files can take longer to process; higher resolutions may become available after processing finishes (YouTube Help Community FAQ). The post does not set a dependable deadline for when processing should finish or establish a universal recovery procedure for a live archive.

- Open YouTube Studio and check the status of the relevant video or live archive.

Do not assume that deleting and re-uploading a live archive is possible or necessary; the cited FAQ does not establish that as a remedy.
Check whether you mean a repeated video or a continuous 24/7 stream
Looping a video within one scheduled pre-recorded broadcast is not the same workflow as keeping a channel live continuously. OneStream’s loop guide describes choosing a video, setting a loop count, selecting destinations, adding stream details and scheduling. It documents a limit of up to 60 loops for one pre-recorded broadcast (OneStream’s loop guide).

OneStream documents its separate 24/7 feature as YouTube-only, requiring an Enterprise plan, and schedulable for up to 30 days; check the current help page for availability and limits before relying on them (OneStream’s 24/7 guide). Its broader feature overview also describes 24/7 YouTube streaming as a continuous channel feature (OneStream’s feature overview). If your goal is only to replay a video a set number of times in one broadcast, the loop workflow is the relevant one; you do not need to treat that as a 24/7 stream.
