OBS में एक अधिकृत कार्टून वीडियो को बार-बार चलाने के लिए Media Source में Loop चालू करें; कई वीडियो क्रम से चलाने के लिए VLC Video source में playlist बनाकर Loop Playlist चालू रखें। फिर OBS को YouTube Studio के encoder stream से जोड़ें। शुरू करने से पहले प्रसारण के अधिकार, चैनल की live-streaming पात्रता और बच्चों के लिए बनी सामग्री की सही audience setting जाँचें। OBS का loop वीडियो दोहराता है—यह अपने-आप 24/7 uptime की गारंटी नहीं देता।
शुरू करने से पहले: अधिकार, पात्रता और तैयारी
कार्टून और soundtrack को प्रसारित करने की अनुमति लें
किसी एपिसोड का YouTube पर उपलब्ध होना आपको उसे अपने चैनल से दोबारा प्रसारित करने का अधिकार नहीं देता। Public livestream से पहले ऐसी अनुमति या license लें जो YouTube पर सार्वजनिक live प्रसारण, भारत में प्रसारण, संबंधित एपिसोड और soundtrack/music को स्पष्ट रूप से कवर करे। अगर stream archive या replay के रूप में उपलब्ध रहेगी, तो उस उपयोग के अधिकार भी जाँचें। भारत के Copyright Act में “communication to the public” की परिभाषा में किसी work को जनता के देखने या सुनने के लिए उपलब्ध कराना शामिल है; यह सामान्य कानूनी संदर्भ है, किसी खास license की कानूनी व्याख्या नहीं। Copyright Act, 1957, Chapter I
YouTube live streams को third-party content matches के लिए scan करता है। License होने पर भी अधिकार-धारक से पूछें कि आपके चैनल को Content ID allowlist में जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया क्या है: allowlist न होने पर licensed content वाली stream भी बाधित हो सकती है। YouTube की live-stream copyright guidance
YouTube channel की live access जाँचें
YouTube की सामान्य live-streaming guidance के अनुसार channel verified होना चाहिए और पिछले 90 दिनों में उस पर live-streaming restriction नहीं होनी चाहिए। उसी guidance में सामान्य live streaming के लिए न्यूनतम आयु 16 वर्ष बताई गई है। OBS एक समर्थित encoder तरीका है। मौजूदा पात्रता और प्रक्रिया YouTube Studio में जाँचें, क्योंकि interface बदल सकता है। YouTube: Get started with live streaming

- कई files की playlist के लिए VLC स्थापित करें। 64-bit OBS के साथ 64-bit VLC की जरूरत है।
- विश्वसनीय बिजली और इंटरनेट की व्यवस्था करें; 24/7 संचालन में कंप्यूटर, नेटवर्क और stream status की निगरानी तथा रुकावट के बाद दोबारा शुरू करने की योजना भी चाहिए।
OBS में एक वीडियो या कई वीडियो की playlist loop करें
एक ही वीडियो बार-बार चलाना
- OBS खोलें और जिस Scene में stream चलानी है उसे चुनें या नया Scene बनाएं।
- Sources में + दबाएं और Media Source चुनें। Source का नाम दें।
- Local File चुनकर अधिकृत video file चुनें। Loop चालू करें; playback समाप्त होने पर OBS file फिर से चलाएगा।
- Preview में चित्र और audio जाँचें। जरूरत हो तो source की position और आकार ठीक करें।
कई वीडियो क्रम से चलाना
- Sources के + menu से VLC Video source जोड़ें। यह सुविधा इस्तेमाल करने के लिए VLC installed होना चाहिए।
- Playlist में केवल वे स्थानीय files जोड़ें जिनके प्रसारण की अनुमति आपके पास है।
- Loop Playlist चालू रखें। अगर वीडियो हर बार अलग क्रम में चलाने हैं तो Shuffle Playlist अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार चुनें; क्रम से चलाने के लिए shuffle बंद रखें।
- OBS preview में हर file का picture और audio तथा एक वीडियो से अगली वीडियो पर transition जाँचें। OBS के media sources और VLC विकल्पों का विवरण OBS की Media Sources guide में है।
YouTube Studio और OBS को जोड़कर test stream चलाएं
- YouTube Studio खोलें, Go Live या Live Control Room में encoder stream बनाएं और वहाँ दिखने वाली मौजूदा stream key तथा ingest details लें। YouTube के वर्तमान encoder निर्देशों को प्राथमिकता दें: YouTube live setup।
- OBS की Settings → Stream में YouTube चुनें या उपलब्ध होने पर YouTube द्वारा दिए गए custom ingest details भरें। Stream key को password की तरह सुरक्षित रखें; उसे सार्वजनिक न करें।
- OBS से stream शुरू करें और YouTube Live Control Room में preview तथा stream-health संकेत देखें। Public जाने से पहले private या unlisted test में picture, audio, aspect ratio, playlist क्रम, loop और file transition जाँचें। Test stream भी प्रसारण-अधिकार की जरूरत खत्म नहीं करती।
- अगर YouTube की current UI में labels या विकल्प अलग हों, तो Live Control Room के निर्देशों के अनुसार काम करें। एक पुरानी 2020 training deck OBS का परिचय देती है, लेकिन आज की प्रक्रिया के लिए वर्तमान YouTube Help और Studio ही उपयोग करें।
Resolution, bitrate और keyframes
Resolution, bitrate और keyframe interval के लिए इस लेख में कोई निश्चित संख्या देना उचित नहीं होगा: उपलब्ध YouTube setup guidance इन मानों के लिए वर्तमान, इस खास channel/stream पर लागू निर्देश देती है। OBS में YouTube द्वारा सुझाए गए मौजूदा encoder मान इस्तेमाल करें और Live Control Room के stream-health संकेत देखें; अनुमान से ऊँचा bitrate तय करने के बजाय अपने upload connection को भी ध्यान में रखें। YouTube की encoder setup guidance
बच्चों के कार्टून के लिए Made for Kids setting
अगर stream मुख्यतः बच्चों के लिए है, तो उसे सही ढंग से Made for Kids सेट करें। YouTube सभी स्थानों के creators से यह बताने की अपेक्षा करता है कि content बच्चों के लिए बना है या नहीं। Audience setting channel या individual video स्तर पर YouTube Studio में की जा सकती है। सुविधा बचाने के लिए audience को गलत न चुनें। YouTube audience setting

24/7 संचालन की सीमाएँ और रुकावट आने पर क्या करें
OBS का loop सिर्फ media playback दोहराता है। यह कंप्यूटर, बिजली, इंटरनेट, encoder या YouTube की उपलब्धता की गारंटी नहीं देता। लंबे संचालन में stream और playlist की निगरानी करें और failure के बाद encoder दोबारा शुरू करने की व्यवस्था रखें।

- वीडियो दोबारा शुरू नहीं होता: Media Source में Loop या VLC source में Loop Playlist जाँचें; playlist में सही local files और paths होने की पुष्टि करें।
- VLC Video source उपलब्ध नहीं या playlist नहीं चलती: VLC स्थापित है या नहीं देखें; 64-bit OBS के साथ 64-bit VLC रखें।
- YouTube preview नहीं आता या stream health खराब है: Stream key और ingest details को Live Control Room से मिलाएं, OBS का stream status देखें और YouTube के वर्तमान encoder निर्देशों के अनुसार settings सुधारें। Key सार्वजनिक हो गई हो तो उसे Studio से बदलें।
- Stream copyright match के बाद रुकती है: Rights holder से episode, music और YouTube Content ID allowlisting की स्थिति स्पष्ट करें। License अपने-आप allowlist नहीं बनाता।
- कंप्यूटर या connection बंद होने से stream रुकती है: स्थानीय OBS setup में बिजली, इंटरनेट और encoder बहाल करके stream फिर शुरू करें; केवल loop चालू होने से प्रसारण वापस नहीं आता।
Copyright permission और monetization अलग सवाल हैं
अधिकृत होना YouTube monetization की गारंटी नहीं देता। YouTube की monetization policy में 15 जुलाई 2025 के update ने “repetitious content” का नाम “inauthentic content” किया और स्पष्ट किया कि repetitive या mass-produced सामग्री monetization के लिए अयोग्य हो सकती है। Reused-content समीक्षा भी अलग है: पहले से मौजूद सामग्री को सार्थक मौलिक commentary, संशोधन या शैक्षिक/मनोरंजन मूल्य के बिना दोबारा इस्तेमाल करने पर channel असफल हो सकता है, भले ही copyright permission हो। YouTube channel monetization policies
Made for Kids content पर personalized ads नहीं दिखाए जाते, हालांकि contextual ads दिख सकते हैं। इसलिए केवल 24/7 चलने या cartoons licensed होने के आधार पर आय अथवा YouTube Partner Program पात्रता का अनुमान न लगाएं। YouTube audience setting
