You can run a continuous Hindi news playlist as a YouTube live broadcast by creating a broadcast in YouTube Live Control Room and sending it a playlist feed from an encoder or hosted service. YouTube handles the broadcast; your chosen tool must play the videos in order, repeat them as needed, and keep the feed connected. Before going public, test the full playlist and confirm you have rights to every clip, audio track, and graphic.
What you need before you start
- An eligible YouTube channel. YouTube Help says the channel must be verified and have no live-streaming restrictions in the prior 90 days. Its current page also sets a minimum age of 16 for live streaming. Check the current requirements at YouTube Help: Get started with live streaming.
- A playlist you are authorized to rebroadcast. A video being publicly available—including another broadcaster’s news upload—does not by itself grant rebroadcast rights.
- A way to send the feed. Use a local software or hardware encoder, or a hosted playlist-streaming service. YouTube supports encoder-based streaming; the specific controls for playlist order, looping, transitions, and recovery depend on the tool you choose.
- Time to test and monitor. A continuous broadcast is not guaranteed merely by scheduling it. The playback source, encoder or host, internet connection, and recovery process all affect continuity.
YouTube’s production guide describes a workflow that configures the encoder and then creates or schedules the broadcast in Live Control Room. You can also create the broadcast first and connect the encoder afterward; use the current interface and the instructions for your chosen tool. Set up the continuous Hindi news broadcast
1. Confirm channel eligibility and rights
Verify the channel and check that it has no live-streaming restriction. YouTube’s eligibility conditions can change, so confirm them in YouTube Help before scheduling. Separately, assemble only material you have permission to use in a live rebroadcast. That includes video clips, audio, photographs, graphics, and any other third-party content in the playlist.
2. Create or schedule the broadcast in Live Control Room
- Open YouTube Studio and go to Create > Go live to open Live Control Room.
- Create or schedule a broadcast. Enter a title and description that accurately identify the stream as a Hindi news playlist and describe its contents.
- Choose the visibility setting and configure the event as appropriate for your channel. Review the audience and other event settings shown in the current interface.
- Open the stream settings and obtain the stream key and other connection details for the encoder. Treat the stream key like a password: do not publish it, include it in a video, or share it with anyone who should not be able to send a feed to your channel.
Live Control Room labels can change. Google’s guide documents the general title, description, privacy, save, and stream-key workflow, but follow the current on-screen prompts for your broadcast.

3. Choose a local encoder or hosted playlist service
Local encoder: Select an encoder that can play your files or playlist and send the output to YouTube. You control the playback setup, but the computer, encoder software, power, and internet connection must remain available while it streams. Requirements vary by encoder; YouTube’s general setup guidance does not establish a universal computer specification or minimum upload speed.
Hosted service: A hosted service may play an uploaded playlist from its own infrastructure rather than relying on a computer at home. For example, LiveGoLive describes a cloud playlist-streaming offering for YouTube, but that is the provider’s description, not an independent reliability test or YouTube endorsement. Check the provider’s current capabilities, terms, recovery behavior, and costs before relying on it.

Google’s documentation describes YouTube’s broadcast and stream resources, including a continuing 24/7 broadcast scenario; it does not prescribe a particular playlist encoder or explain how one should loop files. See YouTube Live Streaming API: Understanding Broadcasts and Streams.
4. Configure playlist playback and connection behavior
In your chosen tool, load the Hindi news videos and set the playback order. Configure whether the final item repeats the list or the playlist stops, how transitions work, and what the tool does if a file cannot play or the connection drops. These are tool-specific controls, so consult that encoder or service’s own current documentation rather than assuming YouTube sets them.

Use the encoder’s recommended output settings for its workflow and the stream details shown in Live Control Room. The official sources cited here do not establish one universal bitrate, resolution, keyframe interval, or upload-speed target for every encoder and stream. Avoid copying settings from another setup without checking that they suit your source files and encoder.
5. Connect, test, and start the broadcast
- Enter the stream key and connection details from Live Control Room in your encoder or hosted service. Keep the key private.
- Start the feed and confirm that Live Control Room receives it. Check the preview and any status indicators before making the broadcast public.
- Test the entire sequence you intend to run: opening video, audio levels, ordering, transitions, the end of the playlist, and the repeat behavior.
- Test what happens after a brief source or network interruption, if your tool permits a safe test. Confirm how you will restart or reconnect the feed and whether the broadcast remains available.
- Once the test passes, start or publish the scheduled broadcast as appropriate. Monitor the encoder or host and YouTube Studio during operation.
Protect the broadcast from copyright problems
YouTube says live streams are scanned for matches to third-party content, including another live broadcast. If a match is detected, YouTube may replace the stream with a placeholder and warn you to stop using the content; if it remains, the stream may be interrupted or terminated. A live stream may also be terminated following a copyright or Community Guidelines strike. Read YouTube Help: Copyright issues with live streams.

A license does not necessarily prevent an automated interruption. YouTube says a rights holder may need to add your channel to their Content ID allowlist; without that, a stream may be interrupted even when you have a license or the content is territory-restricted. Contact the rights holder and confirm that your channel is allowlisted where applicable. Do not assume that permission to use a clip in an edited video also covers continuous live rebroadcast.
YouTube’s live-streaming overview also says live content must comply with its Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. The cited official guidance does not establish whether a particular prerecorded Hindi news playlist qualifies for monetization. Do not treat a continuous format, a license, or the fact that a playlist is news-related as a promise of monetization eligibility.

Keep the stream running: local versus cloud
A local encoder gives you direct control of playback, but depends on the computer, power, software, and home internet staying available. A hosted playlist service can move playback off your computer, but its playlist features, recovery behavior, terms, and reliability are provider-specific. Compare those details for the particular service you are considering; the available official YouTube guidance does not establish comparative uptime or performance for these approaches.
