Outdated Drivers Are Slowing You Down

Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallOrganize your original bhajan files in a clear folder system, back them up separately, then create and order a YouTube playlist and turn on its repeat control. YouTube supports looping a playlist while playback continues; that is not a guarantee of uninterrupted playback indefinitely. If you need a YouTube livestream to keep playing uploaded videos from the cloud instead, StreamNeo is a separate option.
1. Organize the bhajan files on your device
Local folders and a YouTube playlist solve different problems: folders help you preserve and find source files, while the playlist controls the order in which uploaded videos play. Use a consistent directory structure that makes sense to someone other than the person who created it. The U.S. National Archives recommends clear, consistent folder structures for digital materials: National Archives guidance on future usability.
Use a naming system you can keep up
For a modest collection, ordinary folders and descriptive filenames are usually sufficient. Choose categories that fit your collection, such as singer, bhajan title, language, event, or recording date. For example, you might group recordings by language and use filenames that include the singer and title. This is a practical organizational approach, not an official YouTube taxonomy.
- Keep the same naming pattern across files.
- Avoid overwriting or altering original files if preservation matters; store descriptive details in filenames or a simple index instead.
- For a very large archive, cataloguing or media asset-management systems can help with retrieval and cataloguing, but they are not necessary for an ordinary playlist.
2. Keep a separate backup
Do not make a YouTube upload the only copy of an important recording. The Library of Congress recommends keeping another copy of selected personal videos on separate media, including portable hard drives, thumb drives, optical discs, or internet storage. An external hard drive is one option, not a requirement for making a playlist: Library of Congress video archiving guidance.

3. Create the playlist in YouTube Studio
- Open YouTube Studio and select Create, then New playlist.
- Enter a playlist title and description. YouTube Studio documents a maximum of 150 characters for a playlist title and 5,000 characters for its description.
- Choose the playlist visibility and arrangement, add the videos, then create the playlist.
Studio labels and menus can change; consult YouTube Studio’s playlist management instructions if the controls differ in your account.
4. Add videos and set the listening order
Add the bhajan videos you want in the playlist, then arrange them in the sequence that suits the session. You can manage playlists in Studio or edit them on YouTube; drag and drop entries to reorder them. One possible devotional-session sequence is an opening bhajan, familiar favorites, quieter songs, and closing bhajans. That is an editorial choice, not a YouTube rule.

5. Choose who can see the playlist
| Visibility | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Public | You want the playlist discoverable to a broad audience. |
| Private | You want it restricted to the owner; YouTube describes private playlists as viewable only by the owner. |
| Unlisted | You want to share access by link rather than make the playlist public. |
You can set visibility during playlist creation and change it later. Check the current interface and YouTube’s playlist instructions for the available controls and wording.
6. Start playback and turn on playlist repeat
YouTube’s repeat control loops a video or playlist while playback continues. The exact control depends on the device:

- Mobile: Use the playlist playback controls to enable repeat; available controls can vary with the app interface.
See YouTube’s instructions for looping videos and playlists. Repeat means the playlist is set to play again; it is not a promise that playback will continue indefinitely without interruption. Practical playback depends on the account, device, connection, power, and platform behavior.
7. Use a series playlist only if it fits
A YouTube series playlist is for videos intended to be watched together and has additional requirements: the account must be verified, the videos must be uploaded by the owner and rights-cleared for inclusion, and a video can belong to only one series playlist. Most bhajan collections can use a standard playlist instead. Details are in YouTube’s series playlist guidance.

8. Check rights before uploading
YouTube’s upload guidance says you must have the rights or necessary licenses for content you upload. A devotional or traditional song is not automatically free to upload: the recording, performance, arrangement, and video can involve separate rights. YouTube’s automated copyright checks can flag issues, but a check is not a final determination; claims or strikes can arise later. Review YouTube’s upload guidance and confirm that you have permission for each recording and video.

A looping playlist is watched through YouTube playback controls. If instead you want uploaded bhajan videos to run as a YouTube livestream without leaving a home computer on, StreamNeo is a cloud service that loops uploaded videos or playlists to YouTube. Upload your video or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. It plays uploaded videos, not a live camera feed.
