Short answer: the official offers reviewed do not establish a fully free cloud setup that can reliably run a prerecorded YouTube coaching stream 24/7 from India. Google Cloud has a narrow always-free VM offer restricted to selected US regions; Oracle advertises selected media services in its Free Tier without enough published quota detail to confirm this workload; and Amazon IVS’s free allowances are far below continuous use. If you need the stream to stay on, budget for a paid service or test a free-tier setup carefully with billing safeguards.
What “free 24/7 streaming” has to cover
A continuous prerecorded stream is more than a cloud VM. Depending on the workflow, you may need compute to play or encode the video, storage for the recording, network transfer to YouTube, restart handling, and a way to recover if the process or platform connection stops. A free allowance for one component does not make the full pipeline free.
The right comparison also depends on the recording’s resolution and bitrate, how many hours it runs, whether the cloud must encode it or only relay it, and the expected audience. Without those details, no reliable workload-specific bill can be calculated.
Options to consider, ranked for this use
1. StreamNeo: simplest cloud option, but not a free permanent service
StreamNeo is a YouTube-only service for keeping an uploaded video or playlist live from the cloud. Upload the recording, add your YouTube stream key, and go live; your computer does not need to stay on. It is not a free cloud tier, but includes a free first day with no card, automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream, and one flat price per slot for any uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps, without re-encoding or quality tiers.

- Read Before You Buy — No Video Output: These adapters support charging and USB 2.0 data transfer, but cannot transmit video signals. Except for standard USB webcams (which use USB data only), they are not compatible with HDMI/DisplayPort cables, video-capable USB-C hubs, or docking stations with video output.
- Convert USB-A Ports to USB-C: Designed to connect USB-C earphones, cables, flash drives, card readers, and other USB-C accessories to standard USB-A ports. Plug-and-play with no drivers or software required.
- Aluminum Alloy Housing: Built with a sturdy aluminum alloy shell that aids in heat dissipation and protects against daily wear and scratches. Designed to maintain a stable and secure connection.
- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Each slot includes one always-on stream, 10 GB of storage per slot pooled across active slots, looping and playlists, and support from the StreamNeo team. The product is the same on every plan; only the billing length changes. Daily $0.99 per day · Weekly $2.99 per week · Monthly $9.99 per month · 6 months $49.99 for 6 months · Yearly $89.99 a year. Billing lengths can be cancelled any time; UPI and cards are accepted in India, and card checkout is available worldwide. For five or more slots, contact support.
2. Google Cloud: a narrow VM allowance, with important region and resource limits
Google Cloud’s Free Tier documentation allows one e2-micro VM per month in Oregon, Iowa, or South Carolina—not an India region—plus 30 GB-months of standard persistent disk and 1 GB of monthly outbound transfer from North America. New trial customers may receive $300 in credit valid for 90 days; that is a temporary trial allowance, not a permanent free budget. See Google Cloud Free Tier terms.

There is a destination-specific detail: Google’s network pricing lists traffic from a Compute Engine VM to YouTube as no-charge VM-to-Google service traffic. That does not waive VM compute, storage beyond the included limit, or other resource charges. Nor does it remove the Free Tier’s region restriction or the e2-micro’s limited CPU and memory. Treat the YouTube network rule separately from the general outbound-transfer allowance, and verify the exact resources and billing treatment in your account. See Google Cloud network pricing.
3. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure: a candidate to verify, not a confirmed free pipeline
Oracle India advertises OCI Media Streams and Media Flow among selected Free Tier services with no time limit, alongside US$300 in credits for additional cloud services. The offer page does not establish the quotas or costs for every part of a continuous YouTube workflow, including media operations, storage, transfer, and regional availability. It is therefore a possibility to investigate, not proof that a complete 24/7 setup will stay free. Confirm current service limits and availability in your account before relying on it. See Oracle India Media Streams.

4. Amazon IVS: metered use; listed free allowances do not cover 24/7
Amazon IVS charges for video input and viewer delivery. Its pricing page lists five hours of basic-channel live input and 100 hours of SD or audio-only output per month for new customers during the first 12 months, alongside smaller feature-specific allowances. New customers may also receive up to US$200 in AWS Free Tier credits under the offer described there, but the credits are limited to eligible services and are not a permanent allowance. These figures do not cover a continuous 24/7 stream. See Amazon IVS pricing.
Why Google’s managed Live Stream API is a different choice
Running a media process on a VM is not the same as using Google Cloud’s managed Live Stream API. Google states that the API has no free usage tier and bills on demand. Its quota documentation says a session can be restarted after 24 hours in a streaming state other than stopped or stopping, so continuous use requires planning for restarts. It is not a free, uninterrupted option. See Live Stream API pricing and Live Stream API quotas.

Check YouTube eligibility before paying for cloud resources
A cloud host does not bypass YouTube’s live-stream rules. YouTube says the channel must be verified and must not have live-streaming restrictions in the previous 90 days. Its Help page lists a maximum of 10 active streams per channel and three per stream key. Live content must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. The cited guidance does not specifically approve every always-on prerecorded coaching format, so check that your planned content and rights are appropriate. See YouTube’s live-streaming requirements.

- Define the workload. Record the video’s resolution, bitrate, file size, run duration, and whether it must be transcoded. These determine storage, compute, transfer, and media-service needs.
- Confirm region and account eligibility. Check that the exact service is available in the region you intend to use and that your account qualifies for the offer. Google’s e2-micro Free Tier regions are in the United States, not India.
- Map every billed component. Check compute, disk or object storage, network destination, media input/output, and any restart or monitoring components against current provider terms. Do not infer that one no-charge network category makes the entire workflow free.
- Set billing safeguards before deployment. Configure budget notifications and any available usage limits or shutdown controls. Alerts are not always hard spending caps, so understand what your provider actually stops automatically.
- Run a limited pilot and inspect actual usage. Confirm that the video plays, the YouTube stream remains healthy, and resource consumption stays inside the intended quotas before considering a continuous schedule.
- Plan for recovery and ongoing cost. Decide what happens after a process, session, or connection stops, and calculate the paid cost of the whole workflow rather than just its VM or media-service line item.
Or let it run in the cloud
With StreamNeo, upload the recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key, and go live. Nothing has to stay on at home; your uploaded video streams at its original quality up to 4K 60fps for one flat price per slot. StreamNeo automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card; the monthly plan is $9.99 per month. Start with the free StreamNeo trial.

Cost and reliability decision
- If zero spend is essential: use a limited pilot only after checking eligibility, quotas, destination-specific transfer rules, and billing controls. The offers reviewed do not confirm a full, dependable 24/7 service for free.
- If continuous operation matters more than zero spend: compare a paid cloud VM or media workflow with a service designed to loop uploaded video. Include compute, storage, transfer, restarts, and any media processing in the total.
- If you choose an advertised Free Tier: recheck the provider’s current pricing and account terms before deployment. Offers, regional availability, and quotas can change.
