You can broadcast Marathi Bhavageet MP4 files as a continuous YouTube live stream by sending them through an encoder configured with your YouTube stream key. Before you set up the stream
Confirm YouTube Live access
Your channel must be verified and must not have had live-streaming restrictions in the past 90 days. Plan the loop and the viewing experience
Choose an encoder that can play your local MP4 files in the order you want and repeat them. Check how it handles the end of a file, transitions, audio levels, and gaps between videos. YouTube documents encoder-based streaming and continuous broadcasts, but its general instructions do not specify a universal MP4 playlist feature or a common click path for looping files. Those controls belong to the encoder you select.

Create the YouTube stream
- Open Live Control Room. In YouTube Studio, select Create, then Go Live.
- Create or select a stream. Use the Stream tab to create or choose the stream. If you want a scheduled event, use Manage and select Schedule Stream. Scheduling can provide an upcoming watch page that viewers can share and reminders for the event.
- Copy the connection details. Copy the YouTube server URL and stream key shown for the stream. Treat the key like a password: enter it only in your encoder’s connection settings and never show it on screen or publish it.
YouTube describes encoder streaming as a route for advanced productions and external hardware; an encoder may be software or a standalone device. Its setup guidance is at YouTube’s encoder live-streaming instructions.
Configure the encoder to play and loop MP4 files
- Connect it to YouTube. If the encoder offers YouTube as a service, select it and follow its connection flow. Otherwise, enter the YouTube server URL in the encoder’s server or ingest field and the stream key in its key field.
- Load the authorized files. Add the MP4s or a playlist in the encoder’s media or playlist controls. Since controls differ by product, consult that encoder’s documentation rather than assuming a particular menu name or setting.
- Enable repeat behavior. Turn on playlist or file repeat if available, and confirm that playback returns to the intended starting point when it reaches the end. Check the playlist order, transitions, audio levels, and what viewers see between files.
- Check the output before launch. Preview the encoder’s outgoing picture and sound. Confirm that the files play as intended and that no private material, desktop notifications, or stream key appears in the broadcast.
YouTube’s Live Streaming API describes a 24/7 live feed as a supported broadcast pattern. It also explains that one stream can be bound to up to three live broadcasts: for example, a continuous feed can remain live while a separate interview broadcast ends. Start the broadcast and monitor it
- Start sending the encoder’s output to YouTube.
- If the stream is scheduled, wait for the preview in Live Control Room and then select Go Live.
- Check the public watch page and the encoder output. Watch for black frames, silence, unexpected transitions, a playlist that stops at the final file, and connection interruptions.
The OBS Project forum’s guide for OBS Studio 27.1 and newer describes connecting an account and sending a stream, but it is product-specific supporting guidance, not a current official YouTube manual. Understand continuous-stream limits and replay expectations
- Active streams: YouTube Help states a limit of 10 active streams per channel and 3 active streams per stream key. These are platform limits, not encoder recommendations.
- Archives: YouTube says streams under 12 hours are automatically archived. That rule does not promise that a single 24-hour broadcast will be saved as one complete replay. If a complete replay matters, plan a separate recording or archive approach and verify it before relying on it.
- Recovery: Decide how your chosen encoder will behave after a file ends or the network drops. The general YouTube instructions do not establish a reliable unattended restart method for local MP4 playback, so verify the specific encoder’s recovery behavior rather than assuming the stream will resume on its own.
