Apple lists the 2024 M4 Mac mini at 4 W idle and 65 W maximum. At a constant draw for 720 hours, those figures correspond to 2.88 kWh and 46.8 kWh respectively. What a VPS costs—and what its entry price does not tell you
A VPS bill is not automatically a complete cost comparison. Check the plan’s region, recurring price, CPU, memory, storage, included outbound transfer, and overage terms.
