At launch, the Harry Potter Edition cost RMB 200 more than the equivalent regular 16GB/512GB phone. That premium paid for the licensed design, software treatment, accessories and collectible packaging—not a faster processor, larger battery or higher core specification.
Was it released outside China?
The verified launch was in mainland China, and no official global Harry Potter Edition release is established by the sources cited here. Do not confuse the special edition with the regular Redmi Turbo 3’s international platform relationship: the standard Turbo 3 was associated with the POCO F6 in global markets, but that does not prove that the Harry Potter hardware, packaging or software became a POCO product.
