Apple TV Store
Apple is convenient if your household already uses Apple devices. Apple explains that rentals can be streamed or downloaded under its rental rules, while playback quality depends on the device and title. Confirm that the listing identifies Eggers’s 2024 film: Apple TV title page.
Amazon Video
Amazon is a practical choice for Fire TV and Amazon users. Treat it as a rental or purchase storefront unless the listing explicitly says the movie is included with your particular Prime subscription. Search by year, director and star to avoid opening a different Nosferatu.

Rental versus purchase
- Rental: temporary viewing access governed by the retailer’s time limits.
- Digital purchase: licensed access tied to the retailer’s account and terms, not ownership of a physical disc.
- Physical purchase: a 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray or DVD copy you can play with compatible equipment.
JustWatch’s U.S. listing showed a $3.99 rental on July 31, 2026, but that was a dated price signal, not a guaranteed current price: JustWatch.
How to watch the extended cut
The official 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray listings are labeled Extended Cut. Universal’s home-entertainment announcement also says a digital purchase through participating retailers includes an extended cut and bonus material, including deleted and behind-the-scenes content and Robert Eggers’s director commentary.
If the extended cut is your priority, inspect the edition details before paying. A basic Peacock stream may not provide the same bonus features as a digital purchase, and digital extras can vary by retailer. The physical 4K and Blu-ray editions are the clearest, explicitly labeled option.

Is it on Netflix, Hulu, Max or included with Prime Video?
Do not infer subscription inclusion from a search result. The verified U.S. subscription listing is Peacock Premium and Premium Plus. Amazon may offer the movie through its paid rental or purchase storefront without including it in Prime’s subscription catalog. Netflix, Hulu and Max availability should be checked in each service’s current app; no title-specific inclusion is established here.
Which Nosferatu is this?
This guide covers Nosferatu (2024), written and directed by Robert Eggers, released theatrically in the U.S. on December 25, 2024, rated R and running about 2 hours 12–13 minutes depending on the listing. The cast includes Bill Skarsgård as Count Orlok, Nicholas Hoult, Lily-Rose Depp, Willem Dafoe, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Emma Corrin.
Search services also list F.W. Murnau’s 1922 silent Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror, Werner Herzog’s 1979 Nosferatu the Vampyre and other similarly titled films. Verify the 2024 date, Eggers, Skarsgård and Focus Features before starting playback.
Availability outside the U.S.
Streaming and video-on-demand rights are territory-specific. A U.S. Peacock listing does not establish availability in another country. Search your local Peacock or retailer catalog and verify the currency, edition and subtitle options before subscribing or renting.
Quick Recap
Choosing the cheapest sensible option
- Already have Peacock Premium: stream it there without a separate rental.
- Watching once without Peacock: compare the current rental prices at Apple TV, Amazon Video and Fandango at Home.
- Planning repeat viewings: compare a digital purchase with one month of Peacock.
- Want the extended cut, commentary or durable access: choose a clearly labeled digital purchase or the 4K/Blu-ray edition.
- Want both Apple TV and Peacock: Peacock advertises an Apple TV bundle at $14.99 monthly with Premium or $19.99 with Premium Plus; it is worthwhile only if you want both services beyond this film. See Peacock’s bundle page.
If the movie does not appear
- Search using the full identifiers: Nosferatu (2024), Robert Eggers, Bill Skarsgård.
- Check that you are in the intended country and account region.
- Update the app, sign out and back in, then search from the service’s own catalog.
- On a retailer page, verify whether you selected the 2024 film and the desired rental, purchase or extended-cut edition.
