What Season 2 follows beyond the weekly cases
Colter continues taking reward-based assignments involving missing people and unusual circumstances. Alongside those self-contained investigations, the season develops the Gina Picket lead and the serial-killer thread, while family questions surrounding Colter and Russell remain part of the continuing story. The “white whale” referenced in the fall run also connects a seemingly supernatural case to the larger mystery.
What happens in the Tracker Season 2 finale?
In “Echo Ridge,” Colter investigates the disappearance of a diner owner. The case uncovers an older kidnapping and a family secret, giving the finale a personal-history dimension rather than treating it as only another missing-person assignment. The available episode description does not establish additional plot details, so specific resolutions beyond that premise should not be assumed.
