To watch FOX Nation on a television, install the official FOX Nation app—or, if it is available on your device, the FOX One app—then sign in with the FOX account tied to your subscription. You can also subscribe and watch through Prime Video in the U.S. If your TV cannot install either app, use a compatible streaming player such as Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV or Google TV.
FOX Nation is a paid, on-demand service, not the free FOX broadcast network or the FOX News cable channel. A cable or live-TV login does not necessarily include a FOX Nation subscription.
Before you start
- An internet-connected, supported TV or streaming device.
- An active FOX Nation subscription, or a subscription through a supported platform or provider.
- The credentials for the account or service that bills you.
If you still need a subscription, the direct FOX Nation signup page currently displays $8.99 per month or $71.49 per year, with a seven-day free trial shown for the annual plan. Offers, eligibility, taxes and billing terms can change, so check the final checkout screen. These are the prices displayed by FOX for direct billing, not necessarily the price on another platform.
Which TVs and devices support FOX Nation?
FOX currently lists these platforms for FOX One, which existing FOX Nation subscribers can use to access their FOX Nation account. Availability of the separate FOX Nation app can differ by device, model and region; check the device’s own app store before relying on the app being available.

These model-year and operating-system details are FOX’s listed guidance, not a guarantee that every individual model will run the app. See FOX’s current device and service information and its TV setup page. Availability can vary by country.
Install the app and sign in
- Connect the TV or streaming device to the internet and open its app store.
- Search for FOX Nation. If it does not appear, search for FOX One.
- Install the official app published by FOX. Do not install unofficial activation apps or enter your account details on an unfamiliar activation site.
- Open the app and choose Sign In or Log In.
- Use the FOX account associated with your direct FOX Nation subscription. If you subscribed through another service, follow that service’s sign-in or channel instructions instead.
- Select a program and start watching.
Some supported devices offer mobile-assisted setup. FOX’s iOS app listing describes a feature that can install, log in to and launch the app on a supported TV or connected device. Use the official FOX Nation mobile app’s connection controls if offered. The feature is not a promise of universal Chromecast or AirPlay support; if connection options are absent, use the TV app or a compatible streaming player.

FOX Nation, FOX One and FOX News: what’s the difference?

Choose FOX Nation if you mainly want its on-demand library. Consider FOX One if you also want broader FOX programming, such as live news, sports, entertainment or local FOX content, and confirm exactly what the plan includes. FOX’s FOX Nation page explains the current account and app options.
Watch through Prime Video
FOX announced U.S. Prime Video availability for FOX Nation beginning February 17, 2026. The announcement lists $8.99 per month or $71.88 per year, and a FOX One plus FOX Nation bundle for $24.99. These are Prime Video prices in FOX’s announcement; they differ from the annual amount currently shown for direct FOX billing. Review the price and terms displayed in your own account before subscribing.

- Open Prime Video on your TV or streaming device.
- Search for FOX Nation and select its subscription or channel option.
- Review the displayed price and billing terms, then subscribe through Amazon if you want Amazon to manage billing.
- Watch FOX Nation within Prime Video. A Prime Video subscription route does not necessarily mean you should use the standalone FOX Nation app; follow the access instructions shown by Amazon.
This can be convenient if you already use Prime Video, but billing and subscription management are handled through Amazon. Avoid subscribing a second time through FOX or another provider unless you intend to maintain separate subscriptions. Details are in FOX’s announcement of the Prime Video launch.
Can a TV provider give you access?
FOX’s February 2026 announcement lists FOX Nation availability through providers and platforms including DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM, YouTube TV, Comcast Xfinity, Cox Contour, DISH, Sling, FuboTV and The Roku Channel. The exact way access works varies: a provider may sell FOX Nation as an add-on, offer it through an integrated channel, or simply carry FOX News without including FOX Nation.

Search your provider’s current channel store or subscription page for FOX Nation and check whether it is included or costs extra. If you subscribe through a provider, use its stated app and account path. Do not assume a TV-provider password is the same as the FOX account password used for a direct subscription.
If the app is missing or sign-in does not work
FOX Nation does not appear in the TV app store
- Search for FOX One as well as FOX Nation.
- Update the TV or streaming device’s software, then search again.
- Check the device model and operating-system version against FOX’s current compatibility information.
- Check the device’s country or region setting. FOX Nation availability and device support vary by location; the cited prices and Prime Video launch details are U.S.-specific.
- If the TV is too old or unsupported, connect a compatible streaming player. That is usually more practical than replacing a television just to get the app.
- If available on your device, try the Prime Video subscription route. A computer or mobile device can also serve as a temporary viewing option.
The app opens, but you cannot sign in
- Check which service bills you. Direct FOX subscribers should use the associated FOX account. A subscription bought through Amazon, Apple, Google or a TV provider may require that platform’s own sign-in or viewing path.
- Try other account credentials. A cable-provider password is not necessarily the FOX account used for FOX Nation. If you have more than one FOX account, try the one tied to the active subscription.
- Check the subscription status. Confirm it is active and that a trial has not ended. Manage a third-party subscription through the platform that bills it.
- Refresh the app. Sign out of any old account, restart the app and device, then update or reinstall the app if needed.
- Consider location. FOX Nation access may be restricted outside supported regions.
The app signs in but will not play
Confirm the subscription is active, restart the app and device, and install available software updates. If playback still fails, test another title, network or device to help isolate whether the problem is the account, connection or TV app. If your subscription is active and the issue persists, contact FOX support through its official site.

Avoid duplicate subscriptions
Before changing billing routes, check which company currently bills you. Direct FOX billing, Prime Video and a TV provider can be separate subscriptions; starting a new one may create a second charge. Cancel or manage a subscription through the platform that originally billed it.
