1. Try PBS first for the 2020 concert
Search PBS for The Brothers – Celebrating The Allman Brothers Band 50th Anniversary, then open the program page or search for the title in the PBS app. PBS identifies this as the historic one-night-only 50th-anniversary performance recorded at Madison Square Garden on March 10, 2020. - If PBS shows Passport access, sign in or follow the station-membership instructions displayed for your area.
- Check the program description and runtime before playing; PBS may present an edited or broadcast version rather than every minute of the original two-set performance.
Watch The Brothers on PBS Passport if the current PBS listing confirms that the complete concert is available to your station and region. Do not assume that a PBS listing guarantees unrestricted access everywhere: PBS programming rights can change, and Passport availability is tied to participating stations and membership arrangements.
2. Check Nugs for an archival video listing
Nugs was the original webcast partner for the March 10, 2020 Madison Square Garden performance and later streamed The Brothers’ April 2025 return. Nugs maintains an artist/show listing identifying the 2020 “Live from Madison Square Garden” performance, making it the most relevant archival platform to check after PBS. [c004][c006]
Check The Brothers on Nugs, but verify the product page immediately before publication or purchase. The available research confirms the recording’s association with Nugs, not a guaranteed August 2026 purchase price, replay entitlement, or U.S. availability. A listing may represent a video purchase, an audio release, a catalog entry, or an unavailable past event, so read the current entitlement and playback terms carefully.
3. Buy the physical concert film if streaming access is uncertain

Contemporary release coverage and retail metadata place the physical release in July 2021 and associate it with Peach Records. [c007][c008][c009][c010]

Prefer a copy you can keep? Search for The Brothers Madison Square Garden DVD or the Blu-ray under the exact concert title rather than searching only for “Allman Brothers tribute DVD.” Catalog stock can change, and buyers should check:
- whether the listing is DVD, Blu-ray, or the four-CD audio edition;
- the seller’s condition description if the item is used;
- region coding and player compatibility, particularly for orders outside North America;
- whether the package contains the full concert, an audio-only release, or a different compilation;
- shipping, return, and replacement terms before ordering.
The physical release is the safer choice when a PBS licensing window has closed or a Nugs page does not offer a current video entitlement. It also avoids the uncertainty of an expired webcast replay period.

March 10, 2020: the 50th-anniversary concert

It was a one-night-only celebration of the Allman Brothers Band’s 50th anniversary, recorded shortly before the pandemic shutdowns. The ensemble included founding drummer Jaimoe alongside Warren Haynes, Derek Trucks, Oteil Burbridge, Marc Quiñones, Duane Trucks, Reese Wynans, and special guest Chuck Leavell. [c001][c002][c007]

April 15–16, 2025: the two-night MSG return
The Brothers returned to Madison Square Garden for two concerts on April 15 and 16, 2025. The lineup was related but not identical: Jaimoe, Warren Haynes, Derek Trucks, Oteil Burbridge, Marc Quiñones, Joe Russo, Reese Wynans, Isaac Eady, and special guest Chuck Leavell. [c003][c004]
Nugs advertised both dates as 4K UHD livestreams with live and replay access through April 23, 2025. That deadline has passed. The 2025 shows therefore belong in the article as historical events, not as an active live-streaming option, unless a current official Nugs page or authorized release confirms otherwise. [c003][c004]
The 2025 nights also had different set lists, including “Done Somebody Wrong,” “Every Hungry Woman,” “Hoochie Coochie Man,” “Desdemona,” “Les Brers in A Minor,” “Southbound,” and “Good Morning Little Schoolgirl,” alongside songs that recur in the group’s repertoire. These songs can help distinguish reports about the 2025 concerts from the PBS presentation of the 2020 show. [c011][c012]

What “The Brothers” means here
The act is called The Brothers, not a newly touring or fully reunited Allman Brothers Band. The performances bring together surviving founding members, later Allman Brothers members, and associated musicians to celebrate the band’s repertoire and legacy. Calling it a tribute or celebration ensemble is more accurate than presenting it as a standard Allman Brothers Band reunion tour. [c001][c003][c004]
Quick decision guide
- Want to stream the 2020 show now? Search the PBS program page and PBS app first; check whether Passport access is active in your area.
- PBS does not show the program? Check the Nugs listing for a current archival video entitlement, without assuming that the catalog entry is purchasable.
- Want reliable long-term access? Look for the exact March 10, 2020 Madison Square Garden DVD or Blu-ray release.
- Actually looking for the 2025 concerts? The original Nugs replay window ended April 23, 2025. Search only for a later official replay, release, or catalog listing.
- See a free YouTube upload? Do not treat it as the official current home of the concert unless it is posted by an authorized rights holder.

What not to assume
- A PBS program page does not necessarily mean the full concert is free or available in every country.
- A Nugs artist or show listing does not by itself prove that the 2020 video can currently be purchased or streamed.
- The April 2025 Nugs webcast is not currently live merely because its event page or promotional coverage remains online.
- The PBS program should not be confused with the two April 2025 MSG concerts.
- The Brothers should not be described as a conventional reunited Allman Brothers Band tour.
- A user-uploaded video on YouTube should not be presented as an official, unrestricted stream without rights-holder confirmation.
Availability and retailer stock can change. For the most dependable current route, verify the PBS program page, PBS app, Nugs entitlement page, or physical-media listing at the time you intend to watch.
