The 2026 Masters Tournament is over. The competitive rounds were played from Thursday, April 9, through Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Augusta National Golf Club. The broader event period began Monday, April 6, and also included the Augusta National Women’s Amateur on April 4 and the Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals on April 5.
For U.S. viewers, the 2026 coverage had a new split: Prime Video carried an exclusive 1:00–3:00 p.m. ET window on Thursday and Friday, ESPN followed in the afternoon, and CBS took over the main weekend broadcast. Masters.com and the Masters app supplied additional live views of featured groups, selected holes, and practice or analysis coverage.

All times below were Eastern Time. The schedule is presented in the past tense because the 2026 tournament has concluded.

ESPN’s published listings sometimes showed the Friday television window ending at 7:00 p.m., while rights-holder schedules described the broader window as running to approximately 7:30 p.m. The safest description is therefore “approximately 3:00–7:30 p.m. ET,” rather than treating every television and digital feed as having identical start and end times. Wednesday: Par 3 Contest and preview coverage
Wednesday’s schedule was built around the Par 3 Contest and Masters preview programming rather than a tournament round. “Wednesday at the Masters” streamed on the ESPN App from noon to 2:00 p.m. ET. The Par 3 Contest was also available on the ESPN App and Disney+ during that period, followed by ESPN’s main television presentation from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
ESPN and ESPN2 also carried additional preview, analysis, and encore programming. These times applied to the 2026 event and should not be assumed to be the schedule for a later Masters without checking the new listings.
Thursday and Friday: Prime Video followed by ESPN
The largest change to the 2026 U.S. rights lineup was Prime Video’s Masters debut. On both Thursday, April 9, and Friday, April 10, Prime Video carried an exclusive early-round window from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. ET. ESPN then carried the principal afternoon television window, approximately 3:00–7:30 p.m.

Viewers looking specifically for the exclusive early window could use Prime Video Masters coverage through a U.S. Prime membership. Amazon said the 2026 coverage was included with Prime, which it listed at $14.99 per month or $139 per year at the time. Those were tournament-period prices, not evergreen pricing; subscription costs and eligibility should be rechecked before a future Masters.
Prime Video’s role was not limited to the two-hour Thursday and Friday window. Amazon also offered an “Inside Amen Corner” feed during all four rounds, focused on holes 11, 12, and 13. Its features included real-time ball-flight tracking, swing analysis, live statistics, Rapid Recap, and Key Moments. This additional feed should not be confused with Prime Video carrying the entire four-day main broadcast: its exclusive scheduled television window was limited to the first two hours of the first two rounds.

Useful first-round digital windows
The official and partner digital feeds added more flexibility than the main television windows:
- Masters on the Range: approximately 8:30–10:30 a.m. ET on Thursday.
- Featured Groups: approximately 9:15 a.m.–7:30 p.m. ET on Thursday.
- Amen Corner: approximately 10:45 a.m.–6:00 p.m. ET on Thursday.
- Holes 15 and 16: approximately 11:45 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET on Thursday.
Individual feed start times did not necessarily match the 7:40 a.m. approximate start of first-round play. Friday followed the same general Prime Video-to-ESPN distribution pattern, with Masters Live channels and selected-hole coverage continuing separately.

The weekend schedule followed a straightforward two-part pattern. Paramount+ carried early coverage from noon to 2:00 p.m. ET, and CBS carried the traditional third- and final-round broadcast from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
For the CBS simulcast through streaming, viewers needed Paramount+ Premium for the Masters. Paramount+’s 2026 guide distinguished between supplementary Masters coverage, which it said was available to subscribers on any plan, and the live CBS broadcast, which required Premium. The basic plan therefore should not be described as including the CBS simulcast.
Traditional CBS access included a local CBS station through cable, satellite, a live-TV streaming service, or an over-the-air antenna. Availability of the local affiliate depended on the viewer’s market. The broadcast schedule was:
- Saturday, April 11: Paramount+ early coverage, noon–2:00 p.m.; CBS, 2:00–7:00 p.m.
- Sunday, April 12: Paramount+ early coverage, noon–2:00 p.m.; CBS, 2:00–7:00 p.m.
Weekend Masters Live feeds
The weekend broadcast could be supplemented with official digital channels, including Featured Groups, Amen Corner, Holes 15 and 16, Holes 4–6, and Masters on the Range.

On Sunday, the published approximate windows included:
- Featured Groups: 9:20 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET.
- Holes 4–6: 9:45 a.m.–3:30 p.m. ET.
- Amen Corner: 11:15 a.m.–6:00 p.m. ET.
- Holes 15 and 16: 12:05–6:30 p.m. ET.
These feeds were useful for following a particular group or stretch of the course before the CBS broadcast began, or for switching away from the main broadcast when a featured group was not receiving television attention.
Where the 2026 Masters was available online
Masters.com and the Masters app
Masters.com and the official Masters app formed the broadest digital hub for live coverage. Depending on the point in the schedule, viewers could find the main broadcast or simulcast, Featured Groups, Amen Corner, selected-hole feeds, and Masters on the Range.
The official digital ecosystem was also the best starting point for viewers who wanted course-specific coverage rather than a conventional television feed. However, “available on Masters.com” did not necessarily mean that every feed was universally free under every platform or rights arrangement. Access rules can change, so future tournaments should be checked against the event’s current interface.
ESPN and the ESPN App
ESPN carried the principal first- and second-round television windows after Prime Video’s early coverage. The ESPN App supplied additional Masters programming, including preview shows and digital coverage of featured groups and holes.
The main ESPN feed generally required an eligible television-provider login or another qualifying ESPN access arrangement. ESPN’s schedule did not establish that every Masters stream was free to every viewer.

Prime Video
Prime Video’s exclusive 2026 window covered only 1:00–3:00 p.m. ET on Thursday and Friday. It did not replace ESPN for the remainder of those rounds or CBS for the weekend. Prime Video was available through web browsers, mobile devices, smart TVs, game consoles, and compatible streaming devices, according to Amazon.
CBS and Paramount+
CBS remained the main weekend broadcaster. Viewers could receive it through a local affiliate, cable or satellite television, a qualifying live-TV streaming service, or an antenna where the local signal was available. Paramount+ supplied early weekend coverage and offered the live CBS simulcast through Premium.

Best way to watch, depending on your setup
Lowest-cost official approach
Start with Masters.com or the Masters app for official digital channels. For Saturday and Sunday, add a local CBS station if it is available through an existing television package or antenna. An indoor HDTV antenna for local CBS can be a practical option for a cord-cutter, but only if the relevant CBS affiliate reaches the home with a usable signal. It does not provide ESPN’s Thursday-Friday coverage or Prime Video’s exclusive early window.
Most complete first-two-round setup
- Use Prime Video from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. ET.
- Switch to ESPN at approximately 3:00 p.m. and continue through the main afternoon window.
- Use Masters.com, the Masters app, or another authorized digital feed for Featured Groups, selected holes, or Masters on the Range.
Most complete weekend setup
- Use Paramount+ from noon to 2:00 p.m. ET for early coverage.
- Watch the CBS broadcast from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m.
- Keep Masters Live feeds available for a particular group, Amen Corner, or the closing holes.
Cord-cutter setup
A cord-cutter who wanted the broadest U.S. coverage needed to combine services rather than look for one universal Masters stream: official Masters digital coverage, Prime Video for the exclusive Thursday-Friday early window, and either Paramount+ Premium or a qualifying local-CBS/live-TV arrangement for the weekend. A live-TV streaming service carrying local CBS and ESPN could potentially consolidate those channels, but provider lineups, local-station availability, regional restrictions, plan prices, and terms must be verified for the viewer’s ZIP code and the relevant tournament year.

Some official Masters digital coverage was available without a traditional cable subscription, but it would be inaccurate to promise that every stream was free. Access varied by feed, platform, rights-holder, and login requirement. In particular:
- Masters.com and the Masters app offered official digital channels, but the exact access rules could differ by feed.
- The ESPN App included additional programming, while the main ESPN television feed generally required eligible access.
- Prime Video’s 2026 early-round window was included with a U.S. Prime membership, not presented as an unrestricted free stream.
