There is an important distinction for readers checking the completed game record: the official NFL game summary lists the actual kickoff as 3:36 p.m. CT. Therefore, 4:30 p.m. ET was the advertised broadcast and game time, while 3:36 p.m. CT was the recorded kickoff.
What time did Beyoncé’s halftime show start?
There was no separately announced official start time for the halftime performance. It began after the first half ended, so its clock time depended on how long the opening half took, including timeouts, reviews, injuries, scoring plays, and the broadcast presentation.
The safest viewing advice was to start the Netflix broadcast before the scheduled 4:30 p.m. ET kickoff and watch through the first half. An exact halftime minute should not be presented as an official schedule time.
