Where to look for an authorized replay now
No current replay entitlement should be assumed from the 2025 broadcast information. If you want to revisit the game, check the following sources directly:
- The ESPN app or ESPN’s college-football archive: search for the 2025 College Football Playoff National Championship and confirm whether a full-game replay is offered in your location and under your current subscription.
- The College Football Playoff archive: look for official game materials, highlights, recaps, or links to authorized video.
- Notre Dame and Ohio State media archives: the schools’ official sites may preserve postgame coverage, interviews, highlights, and championship features even when a complete broadcast is unavailable.
- Licensed physical media: a commemorative magazine or game recording may exist, but verify the seller, licensing, condition, and current stock before purchasing.
Be cautious with pages that promise a “free live stream” of this matchup. The championship has already been played, so a current live-game link is likely mislabeled, unauthorized, expired, or unrelated to the 2025 final. Do not enter payment details or install software merely to access a supposed stream.

There is no basis in the historical broadcast information to say that the complete game is currently free. ESPN’s original telecast and its 2025 MegaCast lineup confirm how the final was distributed at the time, not what a viewer can access in August 2026.
Authorized highlights, school-produced features, and short recap videos may be easier to find than a complete replay. If a full-game archive is available, the platform may require an active subscription, a television-provider login, or access limited by country or region. Confirm the terms on the platform itself.
