NXT Vengeance Day 2025 match card and predictions
NXT Women’s Championship: Giulia vs. Bayley vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Cora Jade
Champion: Giulia
The four-way title match brought together Giulia, former champion Roxanne Perez, Bayley, and Cora Jade. Giulia was the logical pre-event favorite because a champion in a Fatal 4-Way can lose the title without being directly pinned. Bayley’s experience made her the most credible individual upset threat, while Perez and Jade had an established alliance that gave them a route to control the match.
#1 Best Overall
- If autographed, includes an individually numbered, tamper-evident hologram
Prediction: Giulia retains, with Bayley the strongest alternative.
Result: Giulia defeated Bayley, Roxanne Perez, and Cora Jade to retain the NXT Women’s Championship.
NXT Championship: Oba Femi vs. Austin Theory vs. Grayson Waller
Champion: Oba Femi
Oba Femi defended the NXT Championship against Austin Theory and Grayson Waller. Theory and Waller were presented as uneasy partners rather than a completely reliable alliance, which made the match difficult to forecast as a straightforward two-on-one challenge. Their individual ambitions could just as easily have created openings for Femi.
Prediction: Oba Femi retains. His reign remained central to NXT’s presentation, while neither challenger appeared to be a dependable long-term champion in this particular setup.
Result: Oba Femi defeated Austin Theory and Grayson Waller to retain the NXT Championship.
NXT Tag Team Championship: Nathan Frazer and Axiom vs. Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura
Champions: Nathan Frazer and Axiom
Frazer and Axiom defended against Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura, a team formed through training together in Japan. The champions entered as the more established and dominant pairing, but Briggs and Inamura offered a clear physical contrast: greater size, strength, and the potential to disrupt the champions’ faster style.
Rank #2

- Category; Wrestling Photos
Prediction: Frazer and Axiom retain, although this was one of the less certain title matches. The challengers’ physicality created a credible upset path, and the prediction panel was divided.
Result: Nathan Frazer and Axiom defeated Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura to retain the NXT Tag Team Championship.
NXT Women’s North American Championship: Fallon Henley vs. Stephanie Vaquer
Champion: Fallon Henley
Fallon Henley defended the Women’s North American Championship against Stephanie Vaquer. Interference from Fatal Influence was a central concern heading into the match. That possibility also created a logical story route for Vaquer: she could overcome the numbers and win without requiring the wider NXT Women’s Championship picture to change.
Prediction: Stephanie Vaquer wins. Her momentum made her the strongest pick, and the North American title was a natural championship for WWE to use in elevating her.
Result: Stephanie Vaquer defeated Fallon Henley to win the NXT Women’s North American Championship.
Strap Match: Trick Williams vs. Eddy Thorpe
The rivalry followed attacks by Eddy Thorpe on Trick Williams and their continuing dispute over missed opportunities in the NXT Championship scene. WWE made the match a Strap Match, a stipulation that put the focus on punishment, control, and a decisive revenge payoff.

Prediction: Trick Williams wins. Williams was the more audience-facing babyface, and the stipulation appeared designed to give him a cathartic victory.
Result: Eddy Thorpe defeated Trick Williams. Thorpe used the strap and a low blow before finishing Williams with a boot, making this one of the clearest prediction misses on the card.
Je’Von Evans vs. Ethan Page
Je’Von Evans entered the match after suffering a jaw injury caused by Ethan Page in the storyline. His medical clearance was part of the build, so Evans’ ability to compete was itself a pre-match story question.
Prediction: This was genuinely split. Some previews favored Evans for a revenge win, while others selected Page, including the possibility of a Page victory by disqualification.

After Giulia retained the NXT Women’s Championship, Stephanie Vaquer celebrated with her new title alongside Giulia. Their moment was interrupted when Jordynne Grace returned to NXT and confronted both champions. These developments were post-match angles, not additional matches on the original card.

Vengeance Day 2025 produced two major title changes and preserved both top singles championships. Stephanie Vaquer’s victory over Fallon Henley was the night’s clearest elevation moment, while Giulia and Oba Femi continued their respective championship runs. The post-match attacks and Jordynne Grace’s confrontation also gave NXT several story threads to carry forward after the event rather than ending the night with only the six advertised matches.
