The Roast of Tom Brady is not currently airing live. The original livestream took place on May 5, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. PT / 8:00 p.m. ET from the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. The recorded comedy special is available to watch on Netflix.
Where can you watch The Roast of Tom Brady?
You can watch the recorded special on Netflix. Netflix lists it under the title The Roast of Tom Brady, while Netflix Tudum also uses the longer event name The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady. These names refer to the same comedy special.
The official Netflix title page classifies the program as a 2024 TV-MA comedy special and describes it as “Recorded live in English.” It is listed as an approximately three-hour program and can be downloaded for offline viewing where that feature is supported by your Netflix plan and device.
Open the official Netflix page for The Roast of Tom Brady to check whether it is available in your country and to see the current audio, subtitle, plan, and device options attached to your account.

| Detail | Original event information |
|---|---|
| Date | Sunday, May 5, 2024 |
| Start time | 5:00 p.m. Pacific / 8:00 p.m. Eastern |
| Venue | Kia Forum, Inglewood, California |
| Festival | Netflix Is a Joke Fest 2024 |
| Platform | Netflix |
| Format | Live and unedited during the original broadcast |
The event was a roughly three-hour live production hosted by Kevin Hart, with Jeff Ross serving as roastmaster. The lineup included comedians, athletes, former teammates, and other entertainers. Netflix’s original event information confirms that the broadcast came from the Kia Forum during Netflix Is a Joke Fest 2024.
Because that broadcast took place in 2024, searches using phrases such as “watch tonight,” “upcoming livestream,” or “set a reminder” are misleading unless Netflix separately announces a new event. The reliable current wording is: the live broadcast is over, but the recorded special is available on Netflix.
Is The Roast of Tom Brady still streaming?
Netflix’s official title page currently identifies Netflix as the viewing destination. Catalog availability can vary by country and can change over time, so viewers outside the United States should check the title directly in their local Netflix catalog rather than assume that every region has the same access.
A U.S. availability listing also identifies the special on Netflix, including Netflix’s ad-supported subscription option. Plan names, prices, advertisements, download rules, and catalog availability are subject to change; confirm the current details in your Netflix account before subscribing.

The special is not established by the supplied official sources as a current title on Prime Video, Hulu, Peacock, Disney+, or another competing service. Do not treat an old search result or an unofficial streaming listing as proof of availability on those platforms.
How to watch it
- Open the official Netflix title page, or search Netflix for The Roast of Tom Brady.
- Sign in to an eligible Netflix account, or review the plans currently offered in your region.
- Select the title and start the recorded special. It will not be a new live broadcast.
- Check the playback menu for available subtitles, audio description, and language options. Netflix lists English original audio, English audio description, and multiple subtitle options, although the exact choices may vary by region and device.
Netflix’s title page also indicates that offline downloads are supported. If the download button does not appear, the limitation may relate to your plan, device, regional availability, or Netflix’s current download rules.
What devices can play it?
Netflix’s general live-event guidance says Netflix plans support viewing on most newer smart TVs, streaming media players, mobile devices, computers, and game consoles. For this title, the most practical approach is to use the Netflix app or website on a supported device and confirm compatibility through your account.
Netflix’s live-event documentation also explains that some unsupported devices may receive an event later as a normal on-demand title. That is general guidance for Netflix live programming, not evidence that The Roast of Tom Brady is scheduled for another live airing. Since the Brady roast has already been released as a recorded special, viewers should look for the on-demand title rather than wait for a replay.

Why do some listings use a different title?
The special has two commonly encountered names:
- The Roast of Tom Brady: the title used on Netflix’s main program page.
- The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady: the longer event branding used by Netflix Tudum and in promotional coverage.
Both refer to Netflix’s Tom Brady roast from May 2024. Searching either version should help locate the program, but the official Netflix title page is the better source for current availability and playback information.
