Why the 2026 Royal Rumble was historically significant
Royal Rumble 2026 was the first edition staged outside North America. WWE brought the event to Riyadh as part of a broader Saudi Arabia hosting agreement. The show featured two 30-person Royal Rumble matches, and each winner earned a championship opportunity at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.

How to watch Royal Rumble 2026 now
United States: ESPN was the live home
The live U.S. broadcast was carried on ESPN platforms, including ESPN’s direct-to-consumer service. ESPN became WWE’s exclusive U.S. domestic home for WWE Premium Live Events beginning in 2026, according to the ESPN-WWE rights announcement.
For a current replay, watch WWE on ESPN and search ESPN’s on-demand catalog. The original live rights and current replay availability are not necessarily identical, so availability, subscription requirements and catalog listings should be checked before viewing.
Important: Peacock was not the live U.S. destination for Royal Rumble 2026. Some WWE pages contain older or cross-platform Peacock references, but the event-specific announcement and the 2026 rights agreement identify ESPN platforms for the U.S. broadcast.
International viewers: Netflix carried the event
Netflix carried Royal Rumble 2026 live in numerous international markets, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and many European, Latin American, Middle Eastern and Asia-Pacific territories. The exact rights depended on the country.

International viewers can watch Royal Rumble on Netflix by checking the service in their territory. Netflix’s official Royal Rumble recap lists its international availability, but country-level rights and current replay listings can change.
Netflix has also stated that its U.S. WWE library includes earlier WWE Premium Live Events, including Royal Rumble events from before September 2025. That archive statement should not be confused with the live U.S. rights for the 2026 event, which were on ESPN. Netflix’s library announcement is available in this TKO and Netflix release.
Royal Rumble 2026 merchandise and collectibles
Merchandise is optional and is not required to watch the event. WWE Shop listed an officially licensed WWE Royal Rumble 2026 shirt and an 18-by-24-inch Royal Rumble 2026 poster. Because stock, prices and retailer listings change, check the seller and licensing information before buying, especially on secondary marketplaces.
Collectors may also look for the 2026 WWE Topps NOW Royal Rumble card. Topps listed a release window from January 30 through February 2, 2026, including a Royal Rumble poster-card insert and limited parallel possibilities. The primary Topps listing currently identifies the card as sold out, so any current purchase is more likely to involve the secondary market. Check condition, authenticity and seller reputation carefully.

Both Royal Rumble winners were positioned for WrestleMania title opportunities. Roman Reigns earned the men’s-match opportunity, while Liv Morgan earned the women’s-match opportunity. The announced destination was WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.
The event’s location also marked a major change for WWE’s traditionally North American Royal Rumble presentation. Riyadh became the first host city outside North America, while the planned 2027 WrestleMania in Riyadh signaled that Saudi Arabia’s role in WWE’s major-event schedule would continue beyond this show.
