The Los Angeles Rams play the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, October 4, 2026, while the Chicago Bears host the New York Jets in a separate game. Rams-Eagles is scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia and is slated for FOX.
For most viewers, the best legal option is the local FOX broadcast—through an antenna or a television provider—provided the game is available in your area. Cord-cutters can check FOX One, while out-of-market viewers should verify whether NFL Sunday Ticket applies before subscribing.
The Week 4 schedule correction
The headline “Rams vs. Bears” does not match the official 2026 schedule. The relevant Rams game is:
| Detail | Information |
|---|---|
| Game | Los Angeles Rams at Philadelphia Eagles |
| Date | Sunday, October 4, 2026 |
| Kickoff | 1:00 p.m. Eastern / 12:00 p.m. Central / 10:00 a.m. Pacific |
| Venue | Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia |
| U.S. network | FOX |
The Bears are scheduled to play the New York Jets on the same date at 12:00 p.m. CT, also on FOX. That is a separate broadcast, and the exact game you see on a local FOX affiliate depends on your market.

Watch Rams-Eagles on the local FOX broadcast
Start by checking whether your local FOX station is carrying Rams-Eagles. If it is, you can watch through either of these routes:
- Over the air: Connect an antenna to a television and scan for local channels. This is generally the lowest-cost option after the equipment purchase, but reception and the available FOX affiliate depend on your location.
- Television provider: Use a cable, satellite, or live-TV streaming service that includes the FOX affiliate serving your ZIP code.
A game being scheduled for FOX does not guarantee that every U.S. viewer receives Rams-Eagles. NFL Sunday-afternoon broadcasts are regional, so your local station may show another game instead. Check the local listings or enter your ZIP code into the provider’s channel-availability tool close to kickoff.
For viewers seeking the lowest-cost legal route, an indoor TV antenna may receive the local FOX channel if the affiliate carries Rams-Eagles and the signal reaches your home. An antenna does not provide cable channels, internet streaming, or games assigned to another local market.
FOX One: the direct streaming option
FOX identifies FOX One as its direct-to-consumer streaming service for the 2026 NFL season. FOX says the service is designed to carry live NFL games on the web, mobile devices, and supported television platforms, including local FOX stations and FOX Network programming.
This is the most straightforward option to investigate if you do not have a traditional TV provider. Before subscribing, confirm all three of the following:

- FOX One is available in your location.
- Your local FOX feed is carrying Rams-Eagles.
- Your television, streaming device, or browser is supported.
FOX lists support for platforms including Apple TV, Roku, Android TV or Google TV, Fire TV, selected Samsung and LG televisions, Vizio televisions, Xbox Series consoles, mobile devices, and a Prime Video channel. Platform support can change, so check FOX’s current device list before game day. FOX also lists monthly and annual subscription options; prices, introductory offers, and terms should be rechecked immediately before publication or purchase.
Look for FOX One’s live NFL streaming option rather than assuming that any FOX video product includes the game. A subscription is still subject to the service’s location, rights, and local-feed rules.
YouTube TV and other live-TV services
YouTube TV may carry Rams-Eagles where its local channel lineup includes the FOX affiliate serving your area. This can be useful if you want a broader live-TV package rather than a single-network subscription. The decisive question is not simply whether YouTube TV carries FOX nationally; it is whether the service provides the correct local FOX station at your ZIP code.

Does NFL Sunday Ticket include Rams-Eagles?
NFL Sunday Ticket is not a universal replacement for FOX. It is intended primarily for out-of-market Sunday-afternoon games. If Rams-Eagles is available through your local FOX station, Sunday Ticket generally is not the way to bypass that local broadcast arrangement. It also does not include every NFL game or automatically override local-market restrictions.
NFL Sunday Ticket is sold through YouTube and YouTube TV. It may be relevant if the Rams-Eagles broadcast is unavailable in your local market and the game qualifies for the package’s out-of-market coverage. Confirm your ZIP code and the game’s eligibility on the official YouTube or YouTube TV page before buying. The bundle may require an active YouTube TV plan, and current prices and promotional terms can change.
In practical terms:
- Local FOX carries Rams-Eagles: Use the local FOX station, FOX One, or a live-TV service that supplies that station.
- Your local FOX shows another game: Check whether the game is eligible as an out-of-market Sunday-afternoon game through NFL Sunday Ticket.
- You want every kind of NFL game: Do not assume Sunday Ticket includes nationally televised, digital-only, or otherwise excluded games.
Is NFL+ a way to stream this game?
Do not treat NFL+ as a confirmed full-screen or out-of-market solution for Rams-Eagles. NFL+ offers live local and primetime games on supported mobile devices, with additional features depending on the tier. The NFL’s 2026 Week 4 viewing information highlights other games—including the London game, Sunday Night Football, and Monday Night Football—but does not list Rams-Eagles among the confirmed Week 4 NFL+ games.
That means NFL+ should not be your first choice for watching this Sunday-afternoon Rams game on a television. Check the current NFL+ terms and Week 4 availability if mobile viewing is your only requirement, but do not assume that an NFL+ subscription carries every Sunday-afternoon game live on every device.

- Note: Some subscription-based video apps may be restricted due to copyright protection. 4K output depends on both source device and display capability.
Can you listen to the Rams game online?
Yes, radio is a separate audio option. Rams listings include ESPN LA 710 AM, La Primera 1330 AM, 93.1 JACK FM, and SiriusXM. Radio coverage is useful for listening to the game, but it is not a video livestream and does not substitute for FOX, FOX One, or another authorized video service.
Device setup for streaming
If your television supports the app
- Install FOX One, or open the supported live-TV service app.
- Sign in and confirm that the service recognizes your location.
- Search for the live FOX channel or the Rams-Eagles listing.
- Open the stream before kickoff so you have time to resolve sign-in or location errors.
If your television does not support FOX One
A compatible Roku streaming device or Fire TV streaming stick can add a supported app to a television with an available HDMI port. Check the current FOX One compatibility list before buying; supported models and app availability can change. The device provides a way to run the app, but it does not provide a FOX subscription or NFL rights by itself.
If you are watching in a browser
Use a supported, up-to-date browser, sign in before kickoff, and connect the computer to the television if desired. An HDMI cable for laptop to TV can carry the picture and sound from a compatible laptop to a television, but it does not provide internet access or unlock the broadcast. Make sure the laptop’s display output is set to the connected television and that the television is on the correct HDMI input.
Quick troubleshooting checklist
- Black screen or unavailable game: Confirm that the local FOX station in your ZIP code is carrying Rams-Eagles. A FOX subscription does not necessarily mean every regional game is available to every viewer.
- “Location” or “market” error: Turn off a VPN or proxy, check that location permissions are enabled where required, and verify the address on the account. Contact the service if your actual location is being misidentified.
- Buffering: Test the internet connection, move closer to the Wi-Fi router, pause other high-bandwidth activity, or use Ethernet where practical. Changing apps will not fix an inadequate connection.
- App will not install: Check the television or streaming device model, operating-system version, available storage, and the service’s current supported-platform list.
- Browser is slow or the computer freezes: Close unnecessary tabs and background programs, restart the browser, update the operating system, and check available storage. Windows users with broader system-performance problems may investigate a Windows PC performance troubleshooting tool such as Outbyte PC Repair. It may help diagnose cleanup, background-process, or storage issues, but it does not improve internet speed, provide NFL rights, bypass regional restrictions, or guarantee smoother video.
- External device has no picture: Select the correct HDMI input, reseat the cable, restart both devices, and test another HDMI port. A cable problem is different from a missing subscription or an unavailable local broadcast.
What not to use
Avoid unofficial “free stream” pages, social-media restreams, and links that claim to bypass FOX or NFL market restrictions. They can be illegal, unstable, deceptive, or harmful to your device. There is no legitimate universal free livestream promised for every viewer.
Game-day decision guide
- Find your local listing: Confirm which FOX game your ZIP code receives.
- If it is Rams-Eagles: Use an antenna, a TV provider, FOX One, or a live-TV service carrying the local FOX affiliate.
- If it is not Rams-Eagles: Check NFL Sunday Ticket’s current out-of-market eligibility before purchasing. Do not assume it overrides local rules.
- If you only need audio: Check the Rams’ radio listings or SiriusXM.
- Recheck on October 4, 2026: Network assignments, local availability, supported devices, prices, and promotional offers can change before kickoff.

Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Can I watch Rams-Eagles with NFL Sunday Ticket?
Possibly, only if the game is unavailable in your local market and qualifies as an out-of-market Sunday-afternoon game. Check your ZIP code and the current YouTube or YouTube TV terms before subscribing. Sunday Ticket does not generally override local-market restrictions.
Does NFL+ carry Rams-Eagles?
The available 2026 Week 4 information does not confirm Rams-Eagles as an NFL+ game. NFL+ should not be assumed to provide this Sunday-afternoon game live on a television or outside its applicable local and device restrictions.
The Bottom Line
Bottom line: Rams-Eagles—not Rams-Bears—is the relevant Week 4 game, scheduled for FOX at 1:00 p.m. ET on October 4, 2026. First check your local FOX listing. If the Rams game is available, use an antenna, a FOX-carrying TV provider, FOX One, or a live-TV service with the correct local affiliate. Consider NFL Sunday Ticket only after confirming that the game is out of market and eligible.
